Great time spent beachfront

Overall this is a good house for large groups. It has seven well sized bedrooms spread out amongst three floors. That said, only one bedroom has a dedicated bathroom attached to it. The location is convenient to the pier, which I thought would be a plus. But, between the bands playing until 11pm and people shooting off fireworks around the pier, it’s hard to get much peace and quiet until late in the evening. In addition, being a duplex, if your neighbors happen to smoke cigars and cigarettes all day and night on the porch, then it makes it difficult to sit out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view, without smelling like you’ve been at a bar all day. Garden City and the area is great as a whole, but our next trip will be further down from the pier and a full house instead of a shared duplex. The management company was quick to fix and issues with the house and we had no issues with check in/check out.

We enjoyed our stay, but didn’t expect it to be so loud at night. The live bands on the boardwalk played into the night, and this house is pretty close to the boardwalk. Some might enjoy that , but we weren’t used to that.

Casa Cosalita A&B has a perfect location for a vacation. Walking distance to local places and only a short drive to attractions like Marshwalk. March is a little early for the pier cafe and pub but other than that, the stay was great.

We had 16 guys down for our annual golf trip and it was a perfect house for us. Only 4 guys had to share a room and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out after golf. Mary at Garden City Realty took care of everything for us from start to finish.

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked. You were steps from the beach. You are so close to the pier and shops. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out. The only negative was the traffic was loud and you could hear the bands from the boardwalk and fireworks! We would definitely go back!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our large family with children. Being right on the beach cannot be beat! The house has many recent updates that were great and the kitchen was very well stocked. We appreciated the number of bathrooms! My only issue is not with the house itself, but the location. The street is a little loud and the beach is very busy. This was our first time to Garden City, but I don't think we will be making a return. I wish this house was located on a quieter beach, but if being close to the hustle and bustle is your thing, you should have no issues with renting this house!

We were staying one week and immediately upon arrival had the best first impression. The house is perfectly located near the Pier. Close to shops and the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The rooms were on the smaller size but overall the three floors we were not on top of each other. We had a great time and will stay there again. Some tips: bring your own pots/pans, utensils and silverware/ plates etc. there is almost none there, and not in good shape if it is on site. Overall best time,

Overall a -A, the kitchen was not well stocked for a house this size, glasses, utensils.

First the positives - the house is a good value and sleeps 12 comfortably. The master bedroom is huge, and the views are breathtaking. The additional second floor living space is a nice feature. Unfortunately the kitchen was sparsely equipped to support a family of 12 eating in. No pot holders, one pot with no lid, one very well used frying pan with the Teflon chipping away, 3 wine glasses, 12 forks, 11 spoons, and 5 or 6 water glasses. When you pay for the convenience of a beach house with a kitchen, you don't expect to have to stock up on basic needs. Also, none of the closets had hangers. Would we stay here again? Probably, due to the good value, but this is easily the least well equipped house we've ever rented from Garden City Reality.

Our group rented both sides of Restored by the Shore and had a great time. The ocean front view is awesome and the location is very convenient to the pier and other businesses. We will definitely stay here again!
Overall a great place to stay, no complaints.

Enyoyed the proximity to the pier and the spaciousness of the house. Plenty of bedrooms, one for each kid. We also had a good time playing games in the second living room with the game table.

We had a wonderful vacation at Restored by the Shore B. Plenty of space for all. Location was incredible. Kids enjoyed the pier and Sam's.Need a can opener, better soap in baths, better cooking utensils. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great house and location. Would definitely rent again on next trip to Garden City.

Just as described. Great location, being just three doors south of the pier. Plenty of room, very clean and well decorated. Check in is quick and easy with these professionals. I would highly recommend this place. I hope to stay here again.

We had a great time recently in Garden City Beach and our rental house was the best we've ever stayed in. It was clean, updated, close and convenient to the pier and we hope to be able to stay again soon in the same house!

Speaking for all my family who came from 8 different states, the house was perfect. I liked the features built in like wainscot walls, the crown molding, the windows in the 3rd floor hallway. Also the bathrooms stand alone with no need to got thru a bedroom to reach them. The only thing we didn't like was there is no connecting door between the 2 sides. Excellent location, clean, good customer service, nice to be able to walk to attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend side A or B or the whole house to friends and relatives. Please use this review for RESTORED BY THE SHORE A too.

The house is very spacious. The only problem we had was the AC on the third floor was blowing hot air. However, it was repaired very quickly. Beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again! Great location as well. Two houses below the Garden City pier.

Everyone ( 24 people total in both sides from Ohio!)absolutely loved the house, location and the beautiful furniture and scenery. The only problem we had was with the two corner windows on A & B, with the torential rains, the windows did leak some. But these were strong storms too. We stayed in B for the first week and overlapped the 2nd wk into A and that worked out so great for all of our huge family that came down from Ohio for our son's wedding. We did call about Restore by the Shore A, the ice machine never did work the whole week, and we called twice and the same man came and thought he fixed it, but when I called the third time, no one came the rest of the week, we had to buy Ice. Also, I would guess 1/2 of the rooms on BOTH SIDES, have either a ceiling fan or light that would not come on, no matter how much we tried. Furniture was not dusted in some rooms. Over all, I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Restored by the Sea! This property is strategically located close to all the happenings along the Garden City seashore.
There is quite a bit of evening noise ( like music and traffic) because close to pier. Our teens in the house liked it though..they walked to arcade and ice cream easily and safely...just know.beautiful hoise..we especialliy liked the two sep. Living everyone could always find privacy

Great House. Company was SO responsive and immediate - even to fix a loose board on the walkway. Wonderful realty company experience!!!

The home was just as the pictures showed nicely furnaced, we had a lots of room so that you could have along time if you needed and the kids loved the game room. Close to major shopping and the pier. The hot water heater went out, call maintance they where there in 10 to 15 minutes to repair. The only thing I would suggest is that someone check the property before check in, alot of dust and had to wash the silverwear and holder before it could be used, and add another frying pan or two. Beach was great, and will go back!!

House close to pier. Decorated beautifully. Lot of rooms. Having 2 areas to hang out with family was great. Only complaint as others have towel bars in any of the bathrooms.
- Joanne M. , Posted: 08/27/2012
This house is in a nice spot. Beach is quiet (except for the fireworks every night). The interior of the house is adequate. Cabinets need updating, there were ants in the kitchen when we got there, there are no towel racks anywhere or hooks on the back of the doors. Furniture was nice. Having 2 living rooms & a laundry room are a bonus. The outside "shower" area needs a major clean out. We had a great stay & will go again next year.

Great location, well appointed units. The only down side was the area between the condo and beach was very littered and the porch was very narrow, limiting outdoor family gatherings, Will do again!
modern and well equipped. The only issue we had with this vacation was the location-- the house is about 4 houses down from the Garden City Pier which plays really loud music until just about midnight...we like more peace and quiet when we visit the ocean.
If noise doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend this home! It is gorgeous!
- Leah D. from Huron, Posted: 08/22/2011
We absolutely LOVED this house. It is decorated modernly and beautifully. The beds were SO comfortable, and the views were gorgeous. We were impressed with how quiet the house was from room to room, despite lots of kids in our family. The kitchen is very

Restored by the shore was beautiful.Great place to stay. Very Very nice in a great location!
Other than the size of the house being a bit small, the accommodations were great.

My family had some problems with our originally booked beach house and were moved to this house during the week. We moved from a 7 bedroom house to this 6 bedroom house. We loved everything about the house. The location is a half a block from the pier, the arcade and Sam’s Corner. The beach area in front of the house was plush.
