Beach Therapy

3 generations all together for the first vacation in years and this house was a perfect beginning. The layout of the rooms was just what we needed for a relaxing week to spend time at the beach or the private pool. The smaller size of the property was perfect to all be together but also space to rest alone. Amenities were great and the location of the beach access was not crowded no matter what time you went there. We are already planning summer of 2027!

Beach Therapy was a terrific place for our family vacation. Plenty of room, nice pool area, and a short walk to the beach. You can't ask for anything more! The house was clean and we enjoyed ourselves from the minute we got there until check-out!

The house was large enough to accommodate the six of us with plenty more room to spare. Very clean and professionally decorated. The private swimming pool was very nice after a day at the beach. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and pier. Staff at Garden City Realty called several times during our stay to check and make sure that we did not need anything and to inquire if our stay was satisfactory. Overall, our vacation was the best experience we have had as a family. Thank you for all your hospitality and for helping us to make some special memories.

The property was as described with adequate provisions. One problem was the lack of instruction regarding the TV use. There were no written instructions and the controls were complicated. Also lack of information to all TVs in the bedrooms. Many of the bed frames were very squeaky. We paid for early arrival and the door code was not updated so had trouble entering the property. Also because of early arrival I had to call for sheets and towels to be delivered. Since Garden City knew we were coming in early these should have been addressed. That being said, Garden City was prompt in responding to the issues.

The description is accurate. Walking to the beach by going away from the main road in led to a public assess with golfcart parking. Pool was perfect size for the family. Plenty of space to be together, and to have quiet time.

Our family with 4 generations really enjoyed this house. Thanks to those who open up their home. We found everything clean and well stocked. The grandkids and even grandparents loved the pool. The location was great and would definitely stay again.

Our family of 12 enjoyed Beach Therapy. Kitchen was well stocked with materials to make meals. The pool was very nice and warm. We do wish we had a pool skimmer as the flowers from the neighbors bush kept filling the pool. House is close to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is about equivalent to three blocks. Fair warning to those with small children, the beach access is between two bars that were very busy most days. There is no water at the access so you will walk back with sand on your feet. There are two outdoor showers at the house though. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time together.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Therapy. There was plenty of room and we were pleased with the cleanliness. The only negative was that Garden City would not pro rate the rental of a golf cart for 5 nights. That was disappointing.

Unfortunately, golf cart reimbursements are not guaranteed; they are on a per-property basis and up to the homeowner. In addition, the refund policy requires a weekly rental and does not pro-rate based on stays less than seven nights. The house is spacious, and perfect for up to 14 people or more if you just have many kids. The pool at the house is a good size for for everyone in the house to relax, and a great break from beach. Just two blocks from the beach and several bars and restaurants within a block walk as well.

Last minute trip for spring break for 3 families of softball girls!! Rental accommodated our crew of 13 comfortably!! Simple walk to the beach. Clean house. Pool was a little chilly but that was to be expected in April. Would definitely recommend! We were even called for check in early which was a nice surprise!! Thank you for a great mini Spring break!!!

Super clean. Very spacious. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle beach but within driving distance. Able to walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed was already in place. Very professional company with easy check in and out.
