Ocean Townes Unit 2

This was a great property and vacation, in general. It was amazing to walk out and right onto the sand. The living room and master balcony views were also wonderful and the location was convenient. The office personnel were pleasant and booking/checking out was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was so perfect for us that we almost want to keep this our little secret. We always feel well tended to with GC Realty and we received superb and flawless service this visit as well. First time users of VayKLife equipment rental and it was flawless as well. We have no complaints on the property. Parking was a challenge but GC Realty provided options. The balcony views were our favorite and the beach access is unmatched. Allowing a golf cart was a big draw for us. All of the beds slept well. The king bedroom is spacious. The other bedrooms are tight. Decor is updated and everything is well maintained.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the unit. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. You will not find a place that sits closer to the beach in Garden City. Super easy beach access for trips back inside. The out door shower comes in very handy for washing off sand and salt. This is basically a beach house without the beach house price. Parking is tight but manageable. We hope to stay here again! Really enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty!

The townhome was very clean and relaxing. We all enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again. It was right on the beach and not far from area attractions.

Everything about the rental was great: plenty of space for 6 of us, clean, etc. the description was spot-on. Property management company was super quick and helpful when our room code didn’t work. We called and within a couple of minutes the code was reset and we were in.
You can’t get any closer to the beach unless you camped out on the beach.
The only negative thing is the parking situation. We had a large truck and a car and parking was tight.

we enjoyed this home for our vacation. The house was clean the beds were very comfortable. We wished there were more chairs on the first level porch but otherwise this was a perfect vacation home.

Love sitting on porches and looking oceans.
Could have more basic spice available like salt pepper etc...

Just wanted a nice place right on the water so we could enjoy the sunrise and the sound of the ocean. Love the beach in the winter months. I didn't have to leave my bed to see the sunrise. The surf was so close you could sleep with the sound of the waves. The property was immaculate and the whole process was so low key. Love Garden City Reality!

MB holds a special place in our heart and where we celebrate our anniversary yearly for over 9 years. This was our first visit to Ocean Townes and we will return. It started off rough with the hurricane and ended up being a Fabulous stay. Special thanks to Robin Green at Garden City Realty for all her hard work, kindness and compassion to make our holiday in this very special beach house possible, after a slew of unfortunate incidents leading up to check in. Chic stylish beach town house. Decor is awesome. Very High End!!! Outstanding town house. All very new appliances! Hidden secret... location location!,Ocean front with outstanding view from downstairs patio (perfect morning coffee patio very relaxing) outstanding view from upstairs patio.
