Sea Master 315

We had a 3-bedroom\3 bath house. Right on the beach, with easy access. A nice pool to relax in, but water was pretty cold. Our house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of dressers for and a closet for clothes storage. Plenty of dishes and glasses in cupboards, but not too much space left for unrefrigerated food. Kitchen table met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. We needed a couple of minor repairs, but those were taken care of rather promptly. I recommend this house. We are coming back in January for a month!

Great experience! Great weather.. place was awesome and very clean! Was ready earlier than expected which was awesome! Had an issue with dishwasher and garbage disposal but called Garden City and fixed early the next day.. and having an elevator is a plus!

This was our second year staying in this condo. The first year we didn’t have any issues and rebooked before we left. This year the garbage disposal did not work, the blinds on the sliding glass door was missing a bunch, the one side of the glass shower door closed and opened really hard, the bulb was missing over the sink, and the king size mattress is wore out with a thick mattress pad added. None of it was anything that we felt like we needed to contact the realty company over. Overall the condo was clean and met our needs. We just left with some sore backs.

Sea Master 315 is a a nice condo. Felt a little dark in the main living quarters but was sufficiently stocked and fit us comfortably. View from the balcony doesn’t disappoint. My only real complaint isn’t on the unit itself but the way the building the unit is located in is situated in relation to the rest of the complex. The levels are offset from the res of the building which means 3 flights of stairs up or take the elevator to the third floor and and then down half a flight to the condo. You can’t just roll anything to the condo and it makes loading and unloading a bit of a challenge.

Garden City Realty is my favorite company to do vacation rentals through because they respond promptly if any concerns arise during your stay. This specific condo offers zero steps for beach access which is a plus if traveling with mobility challenged individuals. Condo offers great space, perfect balcony and nearby two awesome piers!

This unit is a nice floor plan. It was the perfect size for my daughters and I. The biggest problem is that this unit as 2 or 3 others 4 steps down from the elevator. You have to unload the gurney and carry everything to the room. Same goes for leaving. Carry everything to the stairs, up the stairs and on to the gurney. No way could this unit be good for anyone with trouble with stairs. When we got to the room, the ac/heat was off as expected. We struggled to maintain the comfort of the unit all week long. The coffee maker is a fancy Cuisinart that has no instructions. There is a regular pot in the cabinet over the sink. Most units these days have Kurigeg pots.

We loved our stay. Ready early and very clean. However, the bathrooms are so tiny and the showers do not have grab bars. The pictures show 2 rockers on the porch. There is only one since the porch is so small. The ocean is so close and the beach is very well kept and very clean. Family stay area. So, the area is superb and people are charming. Restaurants were fantastic. We never could get the temperature right because the directions don’t make sense. Also 5 steps to get to condo made it very hard for the elderly. Furniture is very low and hard for my old bones to get stand up without struggling.

A beautiful corner of the building, quietly tucked in. We love the Sea Master, this is a nice, more secluded part of it.

Our stay was perfect. The staff was so helpful when we had an "accidents happen" incident. Please be aware that some of the rooms are down 5 stairs once you get off the elevator, which can be a dealbreaker if you have access issues. Otherwise, it was all great!

We enjoyed our week at Seamaster. The unit is a bit dated and carpet needs to be replaced from the elevator to the front entrance in places. That being said the unit was clean and well stocked. A coffee pot was replaced while we were there with a brand new coffee pot. I found the garden city staff to be supportive and helpful when a piece of siding blue drain the tropical storm that we had and hit the hood of my car. That claim is still in process but Waccamaw management Has excepted responsibility for the repair. Hopefully they will not change on their commitment. If they do, I will let you know.

We absolutely love this property. It’s so nice being so close to everything, but also far enough away that it’s laidback. The condo itself met every need that we had during our stay. We loved having recliners. The washer and dryer in unit was a nice touch as well.

We have stayed in other units in the Seamaster and this one was similar. The photos on the website are misleading. The furniture is soiled and dated. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The pillow covers were stained and dirty. The front bedroom with twin beds does not have a vent for central air. The washer/dryer did not work properly. The view was great! The unit needs a good scrubbing and paint touch ups as well. The master bath needs hand rails in the shower. We left paper products, dish washing detergent and dishwasher detergent as well. Parking was tight and often not available due to the building renovations in the building next door. People off the street who were not owners or guests used the pool daily. Lots of teenagers who were not guests/owners at the Seamaster had a great time on us! The entire property needs updated. The hallways are slippery on the carpet after it rains. It's expensive for the dated building and units. The rocking chair was peeling on the balcony. Again, the view was great!

We truly enjoyed to 'corner' rental of Sea Master 315! It really made us feel we were the only ones in the condo. Great view, great deck. One specialty was they had plenty of plates, glasses, cups and silverware!!! There were a couple housekeeping things that had to be fixed...but it was taken care of. We enjoyed our time.

A very nice condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great waking every morning to the sound of the ocean. Only complaint was they should leave some instructions on how to use the TV’s. Thank goodness the grandsons figured it out. Also, the Wi-Fi was very slow. (Ok, that was 2). Enjoyed it and would recommend.

It did get off to a rocky start with the elevators not working and my husband cant walk well. But they started to work the second day . the condo was great and great views .
