It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation

The property was nice. The toilets when we got there were a little dirty, but okay. The elevator did not work until Wednesday due to Hurricane Dorian. On Friday night it stopped working, going up 3 flights of steps got to be a little tough especially with luggage and then hauling our luggage down to leave was tough also. We love the restaurants in Murrels Inlet.

The condo is in a great location, however, there isn’t enough parking for the number or units there and 3 of us got $25 parking tickets because we had to park in the public parking area that apparently is against the law to park in overnight. I stayed in this same building 30 years ago and loved it and they had ample parking but now it isn’t sufficient at all.

As expected. Nice amenities for the cost

These condos are a tad older but still nice. The unit that we stayed in could use a deep cleaning but still pretty clean. The only drawbacks were parking as only 4 of the spots could actually be parked in. The balcony’s we’re in HORRIBLE SHAPE, the condos are having some foundation issues for sure. We would return to the condo.

Will book this property again.

Overall the stay was nice. The parking was a problem, hard to dodge the poles and get into a spot.

It was a good experience. We got there early, but they gave us the keys Anyway. Probably because it was off season. Everything was just like the pictures and the online video except for a few things that didn't show in the video. (furniture a little worn, bed needs replaced, the doors get stuck, and the carpet on the deck was badly ripped) But not so bad that it ruined our stay. Everything else was nice and the condo was roomy.

We loved it.

We visit every year and love it. We have stayed in this particular unit a few times and have no complaints. The Garden City Realty staff is always awesome!

We had a very nice week. The only major problem was the fact that the keys didn't work well in the door lock. It sometimes took over 5 minutes to get the door open. The lock/keys or both seem to be rusty and don't fit properly.

We've been coming to Seasider for years -- it's a wonderful small complex, very quiet and relaxing. All the other units we've stayed in were very nice, but 302 has had its was a real mess last year (patches on holes in the wall had been started but not finished, that kind of thing). Some things were better this year (new paint and carpet), but she still shows her age. However, remember, it's at the beach and things corrode at the beach. Just wish they'd get new balcony furniture....

Very pleasant and nice. We would rent it again

It was a well cleaned better kept Condo.Sister in law stayed in this one. Furniture was in good shape. The only problem is that there is no guaranteed parking. You get two passes, but there are not enough spaces. You have to find off site parking somewhere or get ticketed. You shouldn't have to stress that you won't have parking if you run to the grocery store and back. If you don't care about not haveing set parking or even a spot....then it is a nice unit. If you didn't have to worry about parking..this unit would get 4 stars

Only complaint was with the local police ticketing

Several things that I was going to point out - Master bedroom comforter needs to be washed (stain underneath), sliding glass door in living area does not lock and 1/2 BR sink stopped up and would not drain. While we were there a "pest control" man came and tried to unlock the door while we were inside. If I had not had the chain on the door, he would have come in. There were only girls inside and not all were dressed. He needs to be instructed NOT to come while rentors are present and NOT to use keys to come in. My girls were terrified and it really upset me!!

Other than this condo being in the middle of two godawful highrises - the location was great for walking to/from the pier, Causeway pizza, Conch Cafe, etc. Murrel's is a short drive for great seafood. This is the first condo we've stayed in at GC (and we've stayed in several)that had actual comfy living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet time of year - we had a great time!

I stay there every vacation in Mrytle. There were ants in the kitchen. The air conditioning went out for a night. The location is great. I might try a different condo next time. Seems to be getting run down.

We could not complain about one thing. For the amount of money we spent we were 100% satisfied. We met great people. The beach is fantastic. The view was fantastic. We would recommend this to everyone. Thanks Jesse for all your help!

We stayed here the first week of Oct. and had a great time. Yes it would benefit from some paint, but overall you have to remember it is the beach and also being rented out and it can.t be painted and new carpet every time it is rented. We enjoyed this condo and was very happy. The half bath commode does need new insides and it will cut your water bill drastically as we didn.t realize it was running all the time till it had been going all day. We will rent again.

Besides needing to be repainted, it would have been nice if the sliding door would have locked.
