Really nice condo with everything you need!
Balcony is expansive and the view is incredible.
Loved having the nice pool also!

My family had rented this location in 2023 for one week and enjoyed it so much we rented for two weeks in 2024. The ocean views are wonderful, from the kitchen and livingroom, as well as the Master Bedroom.
This condo has an ocean front master, which leads out to the deck. The beds were very comfortable, and having the linens included is a plus.
The kitchen is well supplied with everything you could need, which makes for easy meal prep and storage. We had our friends to visit for one day and did a boil, we were able to enjoy the ocean views and eat outside on the deck.
This location is also excellent as it is close to everything. grocery, shopping and airport.
The beach items provided included 4 chairs and an umbrella. The pool is great for a quick dip to refresh yourself or to lay out if the beach gets to be too much. There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep us occupied in the evening.

Very nice unit. Had an issue with a bathroom door closing and maintenance took care of it right away. For some reason we could hear the people in the unit above ours walking around. Very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Location is great. 3rd year staying at Afterdeck. Will stay again. So much better than staying in a high rise condo.

This is the 3rd year that we have rented this condo. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. We love the balcony that directly overlooks the pool so that we can watch our grandchildren swim. Their mom loves watching them from the pool deck. It is oceanfront and views of the ocean are beautiful. Pam at Garden City Realty worked extra hard to get the week we wanted. She was great. We will definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Afterdeck 105 is probably the nicest condo I’ve stayed at, in my 15 years going to Garden City. Clean, updated, well stocked, I felt like I was staying in a friends home, not a rental. The location is great, views were amazing, and most important, the beds were comfortable!

This is best ocean front unit we have ever rented for vacation! It is updated, very clean and very tastefully decorated. It is well stocked with everything you need you for a great vacation. It has a well stocked kitchen for any of your meal prep needs. The ocean view is beautiful. We all love this unit and plan to book here again! Our vacation was the week after hurricane Ian . Even with all the mess the owners of many units were there helping with the clean up. Awesome people!

Our condo was the best condo we have ever had in all of our visits to South Carolina. It was clean and all appliances worked well. Great balcony and spacious rooms. I highly recommend the Afterdeck 105!

This is our 2nd year of renting this condo. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it is clean and has all we need for 2 adults and 2 children. It directly overlooks the pool and beach. We loved it and I’m sure we will stay again

I had a wonderful experience with Garden City Realty thru out this COVID debacle! I had reservations back in May but had to reschedule. I got the same condo and it was very nice. Furnishings were extremely up to date and the condo was clean .

Well located and right on the water. Very clean, nice furnishings and great beds. Huge deck with great furniture. We spent most of our time out there. Prime reserved parking spot for this unit too. We enjoyed our week here and would definitely book it again.

The condo was clean and what you would expect from an oceanfront rental. Unfortunately, the dishwasher would run for 3 hours and still not clean the dishes. All the pools in the neighboring properties were open, however, the Afterdeck pool was closed. Not sure why. Also, the grounds around the property was littered with cigarette butts and empty cans, bottles, etc. So the Condo was clean but the property could use some attention. Overall a good stay but would like to see it cleaned up.

Mother Nature smiled down upon us and gave us the most perfect July week ever! Beautiful sunrise to unseasonably cooler breezy mornings and she ended the day the same way. The unit was just as lovely. It appeared to have been recently updated, and if it wasn’t, it has been very well cared for. All The furnishings were great, and if I could have taken the mattress home with me, I would have! The kitchen provided over and above what is expected, and we truly appreciated that.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to revisiting this unit again!

The Afterdeck is my happy place!! We have stayed with our children and with friends and in a group (using multiple units)
The property is so clean and well maintained, in the event there is an issue it is addressed immediately.
Checking in and out were both so easy. I took advantage of the sheet and towel accommodations that super convenient.
The unit was impeccably decorated and fully stocked making our stay hard to end, it's just perfect!!
Nothing beats the view from the balcony and convenience of the elevator.
This is our beach destination for years to come, maybe someday we'll be owners!!

Afterdeck 105 was awesome! Perfectly appointed, all the amenities we needed, we loved it! Our favorite part was the wonderful balcony. We ate every meal there. Garden City Realty is so easy to work with, and Kamra was so sweet and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
