We had a wonderful stay at Beachside Windy Hill! We are repeat customers and have already booked for next year. This is the cleanest beach house we have ever stayed in. The porches are fabulous, with plenty of shade and rocking chairs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The close proximity of beach access makes it easy to go on the beach daily. The outdoor toilet is fantastic as it eliminates tracking in and out while wet. We love this house!

House was in a great location. The pool and outdoor areas were great except the oversized grill would recommend having a smaller one available for those who rent with smaller groups. Inside house was clean and well kept but was cluttered with too much furniture and the cookware could use an update as everything is all mix matched

Beachside Windyhill was a great experience. Wonderful pool and outdoor area. This was second time we stayed there. The house was very very clean and the pool was serviced while we ere there on a regular basis. The only problem we had was the trash pick up was not done all week. Had to let Garden City Realty know and then they sent an employee out to flag down trash truck to make sure they got it.

Very satisfied with the house the pool and the location. Very good experience for family. Would highly recommend to other people. The only thing I would do different would be the check in experience . I would make sure each house had a key code to enter and not just a Key. We have stayed at other rental properties before and the key code was emailed to us and we didn’t have to stop at the realty company. Other than that, a five star recommendation from our family. It was awesome!

Beachside Windy Hill is one of the best properties we have ever rented. The location is peaceful and quiet. The full-size heated pool was the hit of the week. Plenty of room for everyone and the huge grill held ribeyes for the whole family. From beach toys to the rocking chairs, this home had everything...including the little cardinal that hung around for the week letting us know the loved one we recently lost was there with us in spirit. It was a wonderful place to stay...clean with everything you need to make memories that will last forever. Hope to be back soon! Highly recommend!

We rented this house for my daughters beach wedding. It couldn't have been any more perfect. We actually had the reception in the driveway. shout out to Barefoot Wedded Bliss for complete set up. The rest of week was spent with family. The rest of week was spent with family. Eight adults. one teenager and two children. The house has everything that is needed. The outdoor grill was all that and some. I cooked 8 steaks, 2 racks of ribs, 8 lobsters, 3 pounds of crab legs and 8 potatoes on it and had room for more. Plenty of room in
side house for us all. The pool and hot tub just steps away. The water in both was perfect. We all just had a wonderful time. I also would like to thank Pam for helping me out tremendously with check in. Thank you so much Pam!

Stayed here in 2016, and any issues we had then have been fixed and or updated. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked, better sinks in all bedrooms , new decks, pool area upgraded. Great house, great vacation!

This is our second time staying at Beachside Windy Hill. I prefer to keep the home a secret so that others don't realize that it's a great property. Since we last stayed in the home there have been several updates with a new barbeque/pergola area and upgraded countertops. If I could have one wish, it would be for more electrical outlet's. There are not that many of them in the home when you are trying to charge cell phones, tablets for the kids etc. It's a minor thing but if the owner's are going to do any other upgrades in the future, that is my only wish. The POOL area is the best.

This house was very accommodating for our family of 12. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and a lot of time was spent there when we weren't at the beach.
The beach access was across the street and very convenient. We enjoyed our time at Beachside Windy Hill and would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall our stay at the house was great. Everything was clean, easy access to the beach, but the pool was our favorite. The only issue we had was one night while we were out part of the wood ceiling fell down. Luckily no one was there or else someone could have been hurt. There were a few other slats coming loose as well that hopefully someone came in and fixed. The house was well stocked with just about anything you could need. It was also nice cooking out on the grill one night with the family.

Clean well stocked for all your service needs.T he guy that helped me find a vacation home was VERY helpful. I told him what I needed he asked what I wanted and he said I have what you are looking. The trash cans were over flowing when we arrived and the pool needed a little cleaning but over all it was 99.99% perfect.

This was my family's 30th year going to Garden City but our first staying in a house (normally we stayed in condos). We loved have the pool in our back yard and the location to the beach access. A good time had by all. Just wish there were ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms. It would get a little warm at night in those rooms.

House had plenty of character....large porches, and fantastic pool area. It was right across street from public beach access. However, the kitchen and bathrooms desperately in need of updating. Also, not enough usable cooking utensils... And a better, larger, outdoor grill. Pool was well maintained and cleaned during our stay.

We have rented several different homes in the Garden City, and Surfside area over the past several years. The Beachside Windy Hill house was by far the best house we've ever rented! It was so beautifully decorated, and so spacious. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the front porch was perfect!! We will definitely be renting this house again in the future!

We have stayed at several properties in the Garden City / Surfside area(changing as our family grows!!). This is by far one of the BEST!!! The location, size, pool and furnishing could not have been better. The front porch is AWESOME. Very spacious and a great view. The Grandkids loved having their dinner out there!!! We have already put in a tentative reservation for next year.

What an awesome experience! Very clean house with a FANTASTIC pool! i cannot remember the last time we were able to kick back and relax like we did last week. So close to the beach and yet just out of reach of the pesky sand! The pool and hot tub were obviously new and well used while we were there. Our family will absolutely be back year after year! This property is advertised as 5BR/3BA. What the description fails to clearly mention, only 3BR/2BA are inside the house. The other 2BR/1ba are separate from the main house. No one in our group would stay in those rooms so we ended up sharing. Also, home needs a serious deep cleaning. I took some pictures, I wish I could post them. Overall I wouldn't stay here again
