This condo is very clean and updated. The property is kept clean and the pool area is nice!! I absolutely love the side view deck. It is huge and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out and since it is in an angle it is blocked from the sun most of the day but still has a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. This is the third year we have stayed!
The only downfall is parking. There is only one parking space per unit. Fortunately we have family close by o leave second car with them but something others should think of before renting!

We had a fantastic stay at Afterdeck 102! The condo was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—just steps from the sand and ocean. The location is ideal—close to the pier, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee with the sound of the waves right outside the window. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Afterdeck 102 to anyone looking for a perfect spot in Garden City!

This is our second time staying at Afterdeck. I have stayed at several condos but love this one inside and out. It’s clean and roomy and has a very nice long balcony where we spent a lot of our time while the tropical depression came through. Since it’s on the beach, we were still able to go out in between rain moments. The elevator stopped working Thursday which I wish would have been fixed only for when we packed up to leave but other than that loved the trip. I was happy with Garden City realty updating me on the weather to help us decide to wait it out and enjoy our time away! We will be staying there again!

This was by far the PERFECT condo! Spacious, clean, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable bedding, and that HUGE balcony was spectacular to sit on in the evenings!!! Kudos to the owners for placing such a high standard for their guests! Also, what a fantastic job to the cleaning crew on making sure it was spotless! Love the fact that there was a keypad so all we needed to do was go straight to the room. Been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and this by far exceeds any of our previous rentals. Thank you for a very comfortable vacation. We will be coming back for many years to come.

AMAZING
If you are looking for a PERFECT spot.. look no more!!!! Been vacationing in and around Myrtle beach for over 20 years and this is by far the best condo ever! Kudos to the owners for caring about their guests! Everything is perfect. The beds are so comfortable, there is plenty of cookware, coffee pot along with a keurig, laundry room with essential things to tidy up with if needed. The decor is spot on. Not too much. TVs in both bedrooms and living room, which makes it nice if you have different viewing preferences. And the balcony… I’m in love! Shaded, long, wide, and the breeze is amazing out there. Also, the cleaning crew that cleaned before we checked in was superb!! It was nice to have the electronic keypad made check in a cinch! Parking is a little tight, but you do have an assigned parking spot so you never have to worry about having a parking spot. And having an elevator to a first floor room was so nice.. getting older and carrying all of our things up steps is a struggle at times, so this helped so much! Thank you to all involved for making this a wonderful vacation.

I have been to several condos in Surfside and Garden City area. This place is my favorite. The condo itself is beautiful. The mattresses are so comfortable that we had trouble getting out of it in the morning! I slept like a baby. I love that it is first floor and it has an elevator. The pool was nice and clean. My favorite part had to be the balcony. It is so long and huge and private! You can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze and it is completely covered from the sun. We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings and ate most of our meals outside. I will definitely rent this place again. It is so worth it! I also like how clean and maintained the whole place was.

Wonderful Condo
I can't say enough about this condo from its location, to views & decorating inside. Kitchen is Completely stocked - nothing else needed for your home away from home. Can't ask for anymore beach-front then this condo is & the deck is gorgeous at night as well.

Condo was clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms really clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Great location with awesome view. Large balcony. Pool area very clean. Only downfall is unsecured WiFi. Would definitely stay again.
