Surf Master Penthouse B

What a great experience! Amazing home, everything we needed was there. Very spacious, we had five adults and two toddlers and did not feel cramped at all. Location is second to none! Walk out to the beach. Amazing view from the rooftop. Hot tub was an excellent perk. Very clean and well maintained! Process was easy to book and check in and out was simple. I would recommend this condo to everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster Penthouse B. Everything was clean, the furniture and appliances were new and in good shape. We have stayed in several of the penthouses and this was the nicest so far.

Really enjoyed our stay. Unit has huge balcony extending the depth of the building so there are beautiful almost 300 degree views. We were able to enjoy watching both sunrises and sunsets from the unit.
We like the building which is in a great location and the unit's recent renovation is evidenced by the quality finishes and furnishings which made it a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen was very well equipped. Would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The gorgeous surround view of the ocean was a constant comfort. It was easy to access and easy to live in. Great hot tub! Would love to return.

We loved Penthouse B. Everything was really nice and clean and spacious. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds The bathrooms were all recently updated and look just like the pictures. The balcony is so extra. We were able to see sunrise and sunset. This is such a nice place and we cannot wait to visit again.

This was one of the best vacations we have experienced in a long time. Penthouse B did not disappoint. The views are outstanding the condo is very comfortable and cozy. It felt like home away from home. Garden City realty is always great to deal with, and they called to ensure we were well taken care of. I would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.

We stayed in this penthouse a couple of years ago before it was refinished, the new look is absolutely phenomenal! It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The appliances and ac could use some help. We were there during a heat wave but it was hard to get our rooms cold. The living room has a great unit but the bedrooms get almost no ac. I would also recommend to bring your own curtains. The sun comes in the windows directly in your face, there was no option of closing a curtain so we were up with the sunrise. There was also problems with the elevators, for three days both elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the 11 flights of stairs. My father is disabled and was t able to leave the room for three days! Garden city reality was nice and professional when I called. They got one elevator fixed but it was always a long wait. (Still better than the stairs.) we talked to an owner of a unit and they said there have been several weeks that the elevators don’t work at all, they will e replaced October 2025 so if you are looking to book before then I would just be aware that you might have to use the stairs. We would have changed our booking if we had known!

We typically rent a beach house but we only had 4 in our party this year so we decided to not go with a house. We really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster Penthouse B! Like other reviews have stated, I do wish the king bed bedroom had a TV, but other than that I can’t complain.

This penthouse did not disappoint. Very clean, and well furnished. Beautiful views of the sunrise each morning from the front deck overlooking the ocean, and wonderful views of the sunset from the same deck overlooking the inland.
Being able to walk just a short distance down the beach to Conch Cafe was a definite bonus! The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
We lacked for nothing during our stay and would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.

Nice place however landlord does not seem to understand some items needed = master bedroom should have an available closet to hang clothes; second bedroom should have bed in it; several other small issues but forgotten by now one month later

Only issue at all was the check in process was delayed past 4:00. The condo wasn’t quite ready for us and the cleaning staff was still working. However accommodations were made and it was available to us after about 40 minutes. Cleaning staff did a great job.
Only reason this isn’t getting five stars all around is because of a few minor things a showing signs of wear and needing repaired. All in all great place to stay, we will be back!!!
