The place was not what we were use to! With older parents we really needed an elevator! This was not really anyone’s fault but mine when picking the place. Overall the place was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Shores II . They were very accommodating and the unit was fully stocked with the necessities! Will definitely be staying again.

Had a great vaca. Granddaughter was in competition dancing. Easy access to downtown Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Lots of sun snd sand in our downtime. Great Vondo for the price!

My stay was phenomenal. My only concern was that the swimming pool on the property was not clean.

Nice an quiet place to get away from the hustle and craziness during Bike week. under cover parking for bikes, close to everything you may want to do.

Clean condo. Very close and convenient to the beach with a good view of the ocean. Pool was beautiful, large and clean. Grounds were well maintained. Only complaints are the smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors on their balconies and the AC vent in the kitchen ceiling started leaking on day 2 of our stay. My husband called and left a message with Garden City Realty's maintenance, but no one ever called us back nor was it fixed during our stay (5 days).

The condo was exactly as depicted in the online ad. There were no unpleasant smells in the condo. The only disappointment was the lack of kitchen necessities. They're were only 4 of us, and the condo was advertised as sleeping 6 people. There were only 5 plates and a serving platter, so dishes needed washed after every meal. If we had 6 people, someone would have had to eat off the platter. There was no hand mixer, blender, drink pitchers, or plastic cups. I'd also have liked to have had more casserole dishes, pizza pans, a slow cooker, etc... Being we didn't go out in order to avoid the virus. The pool area was nice and clean. With a few more supplies, this place would be fantastic.

Great location, just across the street from the beach. This rental (#229) is clean but unit itself is "a bit worn". Good value for the price and location.

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Surfside is much less crowded than North Myrtle. The property was in good condition overall. Bathrooms could be updated and slider door lock was broken. Large SUVs or trucks may have a difficult time parking though, it's tight. Outside, the pool was cleaned daily and grounds were well kept. For the price, I would stay again.

We really enjoy staying at Sandy Shores during Bike week. The only thing that would make the place better would be paper towels and toilet paper. WE have very little room to bring items on a bike. Some of your condos have these items but this one did not.

The furniture and kitchen appliances were a little out of date BUT the condo was perfect besides for that. Awesome location, just a short (2 minute!) walk from the beach. So happy we stayed there!

Had a great time at garden city beach and the condo was located very close to beach area. The condo was nice. A elderly lady stayed directly across from our room and seem to know everything that went on in the pool area...lol. She counted chairs daily. She tried to keep everyone in line like security. That was ok Overall great place to stay but parking was awful. Poor design of the parking area . My car was damaged as parking was hard to do.

The GOOD-Very nice location! Pool guy cleaned the pool very good & took his time! The BAD-Condo could have been a little more clean & had more trash cans. There were a group of people drinking at the pool & being VERY obnoxious every day but thankfully were asked to leave!! The parking is terrible getting in & out of the SMALL spaces. Overall the place is nice to stay at. Hope to have a better stay next year..

The property may need some curb appeal from HGTV, but all in all it was a great location and very reasonable price for a full week stay. My family and I will come back in the future.

The washing machine and dryer didn't work right and by the time they were fixed we were getting ready to leave. It would have been nice to be able to recycle things we had. Also the one toilet acted like it was going to overflow most of the time. When we got there it wasn't completely clean either.
