This condo is the greatest. It is tastefully decorated, well equipped, has great renovations and is steps from the ocean. I woke up every morning to a view of the sea from my bedroom window. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Every year it’s the best place ever!!My kids, parents and I love being ON THE OCEAN. I love this condos updated kitchen. It has everything we could possibly need for all meals. This condo has enough space for my whole family. Perfect location to restaurants, groceries, coffee and family activities. I feel like I’m home again, every year.

We have stayed in condos in the Garden City/Surfside area eighteen times. This condo was the cleanest and most up-to-date we have ever had. Like the washer-dryer in the entrance hall. And there was no clutter in the closets, etc., and lots of books to read. A major negative was other guests were not wearing masks or observing social distancing. Went to the pier only one time because of that fact. Also, would be much better if the condo had keyless entry.

Condo was nice. We have been staying at beach house for many years and love the ocean view very much. The only thing I would like to see changed is Garden City Reality. I has to wait in line way to long for my key. Also my kid cut his foot on the city walk way to the beach. A nail sticking up. I called Garden City Reality and they said sorry its the citys problem and it took the city almost an entire week to fix it. This was unacceptable as my son was not the only one to be cut by this screw. Im expecting you will fix both problems. Look its a really nice place and we will be back.

great no real issues. problem with washer/dryer combo. maint. personel responde quickly but either did not know anything or were to lazy to take care of problem, even after I told them the problem. otherwise everything was fantastic

We love the complex. We have stayed several times here. Love the pool and the location and the ocean. The unit is quite a bit dated but overall it met our needs and we will be back. We usually stay twice a year.

We rent every year through Garden City. I understand the units are rented all summer. I looked under the beds when I left to see if anything fell. To my surprise, it was filthy. it looked like it wasn't cleaned all summer. Also, I had to call about the cockroaches. They came and sprayed but I reported several times about the stray cats living under deck near pool. Someone was leaving food and water for them daily. Cats were still there after our 2 week stay.
Weather was great!!!!

We enjoyed our beach front condo as it overlooks the beautiful ocean. The scenery was nothing but perfect and the location key, with just a few steps and you were on the beach. The pool was just as close. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!

Our rental was in a great location for the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice to have coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The rental was clean and decorated nicely. The linen package was well worth it. A couple of minor upgrades could include a screen door going onto the balcony and possibly a rollup shade to hide people sitting on the back deck from guests sitting on the main deck. We will definitely be back- loved the whole week.

We had to vaccum and clean the vaccum because it was so clogged it wouldn't work. The deck was full of sand. We did see a couple of roaches probably should spray more often. The pool area was not maintained well. SC health dept even shut down pool. The deck was not hosed down daily. They cleaned pool at night which is not acceptable because it wasn't cleane by morning with the stuff falling in it. We had to skim the pool ourselves a couple of times. I love the unit!! I always get the second Saturday of June but they wouldn't let me book that saying it wasn't the same week so not so happy about that. So now I have to call the following Saturday. You need need to go by the Saturday not the date when booking. Owners always get third and fourth Saturday and I have always gotten the second Saturday.

A perfect ocean view in one of the nicest, cleanest vacation rentals. This was our 2nd year in a row to stay in this rental and we plan on returning again soon.

We found Beach House 117 was ideally located in the south (best) area of Myrtle Beach. We had a great, and safe view of "Sandy" as it moved north. Our drive home was the worst part of our stay. See you in 2013. W&D

two days of our vacation, the maintenance man was with us. Entry door lock was broke. He came 3 times to fix it. Anything else, I wouldn't mind, but we couldn't lock door and our valuables were in it.

Not a major issue, but we did find a roach problem. We understand it's a hot humid beach location, and know there may be a bug problem. We sent an email to the realtor about the problem, and hope the owner treats for the bugs.
