Beach House 212

We booked condo #212 at The Beach House and had a great week there. The only complaint that we would have is that the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable.

we did have a little trouble with the tv's but got it figured out after a couple of days. I was disappointed that there was not a washer/dryer in the unit. We did see a roach in the unit and maintenance did spray for bugs. this was a last minute decision to so this unit was just ok. I would not choose it again.

We have been working with Garden City Realty for about 6 years now. Every reservation we've made through them has been 100% satisfaction. Our last stay at The Beach House was no exception. The accomodations were super nice and our beach/ocean view was spectacular. These are some of the best people to work with and have so many really nice rentals.

We had a great time. Needs to have wall cleaning near vents in ceiling and new curtain in bathroom. This was our 2nd time staying and love the view.

This condo is in a great location and being a second floor condo with no elevator was manageable. The ocean view was just perfect. It was be my suggestion to replace the couch. It is so uncomfortable even just to try and sit on as you sink low and it makes for a weird sitting experience. Also, the sofa bed is not useable. The mattress is simply coils. Take an air mattress if your plan is to use the sofa bed. I would also suggest replacing the existing bed mattresses as they are grossly outdated and uncomfortable. There is an egg crate type topper on the master bed so someone knows the mattress is in need of replacement. The kitchen pots and pans could be updated to include more that have lids. The pool was a great size and not as crowded as I thought it might be. The one car only parking was problematic for our family, but luckily I had family living there, and we could park an additional car there. The overflow parking is about 4 to 5 miles away and it does not have any security system in place for the cars left in the lot so that's why we didn't use it. The condo itself was fairly clean upon arrival. I had to vacuum the bedroom carpet and sweep the dinette area upon arrival. I also did not order having the sheets on the bed upon arrival but the sheets were on the bed and one of the beds had sand on the top sheet...I didn't use them as I took extra just in case. Not sure what happened with the sheets. We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo just needs a little updating attention.

My stay at this Condo was great. Very clean, comfortable and in a good location. The parking is the only negative. Each condo does not have a specific parking spot. It is first come and you might not find a spot when you come in at night.

We have stayed in unit 212 several times. It is clean, but lighting is poor and it needs a new couch. I know there is work being done the complex but hall in common area need to be cleaned once in a while. They were very dirty.

Check in very good. Very clean and all was good except the mattress in second bedroom and the couch is very very worn and saggy.

This condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture was comfortable but a coffee table would have been nice in front of the sofa. The view of the ocean from the deck was lovely! One of the rooms had a great mattress on the bed, the other room had a hard mattress and was uncomfortable. The beach was lovely and so clean and it was an easy walk to the boardwalk and town. There is a grocery store is about 2 miles from the condo and there are plenty of restaruants and things to do nearby. We enjoyed are stay there and reccomend this place.

The stay was pretty good. The place was nice and clean. My only complaint is we weren't able to get into our room until 9:00 pm the first night. I feel like the company should've refunded us for the first day.

Unit was clean and nice. Wish carpet was replaced. Exterior of building needs work and I did notice some work going on. Plan to be back in the fall. Have been coming to Garden City for over 20 years and this is the only place I have stayed.

This condo was fantastic! It was on the side but had a great view of the ocean even from the bed!! Sunrise in bed was great! It was very clean and the decorations were beachy and homey! There were even chairs, shovel, and other "beach" stuff in the closet to borrow. I have stayed in many places and this one was the best!

This was our second year staying in this unit- feels like home. Realized after getting home that I was missing a silver necklace, and Tara with housekeeping went in the condo and looked all through it for me. Unfortunately the necklace wasn’t found but appreciate the effort.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was very clean! Wi-Fi was sketchy and didn’t really work, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Downside was having only 1 parking space.

Excellent , would especially like to recognize Kerry (sp) from maintenance. Our TV in the main living area was not working. He went above and beyond first trouble shooting the situation (made two trips to Spectrum himself) then ultimately meeting Spectrum at the unit making sure the issue was taken care of.

Beach House 212 was exactly as advertised! Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated with a beachy feel. Great large and small appliances, all working well. Everything you need for everyday cooking. The view from the balcony was beautiful...we sat there most nights just listening to the ocean. Nice loungers at the pool and deck. We noticed on our second day that something was leaking under the sink. We called Garden City and this was taken care of within two hours...brand new faucet. A couple years ago we booked through another rental agency. We had several things to complain about and when I left I included a list with our keys. These complaints were never acknowledged. That's why we stitched to Garden City Rental this year. Everything was great, no complaints!!!
