Marlin Quay 204

There is a childproof cover on the front doorknob. Three adults could not open the door. Please remove when your child is not present.

The switch on the lamp next to the king size bed needs to be repaired. We could not turn the light on.

We have stayed in this unit for 3 years. We love the area, and the condo is large and well stocked. The flooring and appliances are nice too. We do wish the furniture and decor were updated and the beds more comfortable. Our family members stayed in another MQ unit that was $400 less expensive but more updated. We also couldn't get into the unit until after 4:30pm due to cleaning delays. That said, we had a great trip!

We love the Marlin Quay and have been vacationing here at various units for years. This unit is clean, has comfortable beds, an updated kitchen and bathroom sink areas. The view is beautiful! We were disappointed that the back pool was not available as they are doing construction on the back units currently which we did not know. Also as a personal preference would suggest adding rugs at the doors and living room as it can get quite sandy even when using precautions. Thank you for sharing this condo with us.

Very nice condo, clean and great location
Nicely renovated but very disappointed that the bath and shower didn’t have the upgrade that everywhere else did ☹️

We have stayed at marlin quay several times and always enjoyed it. However, this time the internet service was terrible. The only way we had service was to stay in the bedroom where the modem was located. Not very happy about this.

Very nice accommodations, though the rugs could use a thorough cleaning. This was our first time staying on the inlet side, we usually stay oceanfront. It had a totally different vibe, much more laid back. We would consider a return booking.

We really loved this condo complex. It’s located across the street from the beach and is very well maintained.

We liked the condo, it had everything that one might need during the stay. The only negative was the carpet, it really needs to be replaced.

We love staying at Marlin Quay. The view of the inlet is beautiful from the balcony. We excellant service from Garden City Realty. The condo was very clean and extra nice to have the linens on the bed when we arrived! Beds were comfortable!

Our stay in the Marlin Quay 204 was perfect. The accommodations were very nice, the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The mattresses were SO comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the marina with a beautiful view of the sky at back of us. We could watch the grandchildren swimming in the front pool from our balcony. We had only one issue but we managed to work around it. There were four adults and we were only given one key to the condo and gate to parking lot. This meant that if we left in different cars we had to coordinate what time to be back so we all had access. One sweet lady (I'm sorry, I wish I could recall her name) tried to get us a second, even contacted the HOA which promised her they would have an extra key at the office the next day. When I went to get it, it was not there. We did not let this hinder our fun, though. All in all, it was great and the condo was super clean and comfortable.

My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.
