Ocean Cove 304

This unit was well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes and cookware. The pool and hot tub were always clean. The beds were not comfortable and could benefit from new mattresses. We liked that it was close to the garden city pier and that it was keyless entry.

Ocean Cove is a great condo complex in a great location. Small, so the beach and pool weren't too crowded, even in the peak vacation season of July. We've stayed in 2 different units, here, and both were exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. #304 (this trip) is very colorfully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen.

Great beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is the parking situation. Upon arrival (it was dark outside), we were unsure where to park (didn't know if there were designated spots or not) - it would be helpful to include that in the directions provided for the property. The parking is "tight", and the lot was full most of the time we were there, so that is the only complaint we had. The elevator and steps weren't super easy to locate in the dark upon arrival, but we figured it out.

We had a wonderful time. We were so thankful that the chairs and umbrella was placed on the beach every morning. Also, my elderly mother was able to ride in one of the beach wheelchairs and put her feet in the water one more time, for this memory I will forever be grateful.

Our 4th year at Ocean Cove 304! Great as usual! Enjoyed the updates that included new ice maker, shower heads, slip covers on living room chairs just to name a few! The outside property including pool area is always well maintained! Last but not least is the ocean view from the screened porch, there was even a few dolphin sitings this year as a bonus!! Love this place!!

We have been staying in this unit for over 5 years and wouldn't consider changing. It is very cozy, modern and beachy! We absolutely love this unit!

My only suggestion to the owner is that the shower in the master bath has no pressure. And the chairs and pillows in the living area could use a good cleaning.

The property was super clean, and it is so much nicer than the pictures. Our only complaint was the thermostat was auto-controlled somehow to go up to 74 degrees. You could manually control it during the day by continually setting it to a lower temp, but during the night it was a problem. If you don't mind a warm room, this property is otherwise delightful, has a great location, and the the complex is great for families. With a lower set temp, this rental would get a five star.

Great location with private access to the beach and close to a lot of great restaurants. Loved falling to sleep with the sound of ocean waves, even though that was interrupted every once in a while by fireworks. Second full bathroom had a running toilet for majority of the stay.

This condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect! We wish that our check-in would have been earlier than 7:00 PM as we did lose some vacation time, but the management company was very apologetic. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Perfect location on the beach. Close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and other attractions. Great parking. The condo doesn't come with any beach necessities so plan ahead. There is a company that rents umbrellas and chairs, but it may be cheaper to buy them. The only thing that would actually improve the condo is a ceiling fan on the porch.

Ocean Cove property was comfortably maintained. It is conveniently located to Murrells Inlet for dining, Garden City Pier for entertainment,and just short drive to Broadway at the Beach and other Myrtle Beach activities. The property has ample parking with easy access to elevator, which rarely had a wait.
We stayed in 304.Such a lovely condo!! Can’t say enough about the “beachy” decor!! Just what you would expect a beach front home to look like!! So many little extras such as games, boogie boards etc We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked, had we chose to. Comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture. Another huge plus is the screened porch at entrance to leave towels and beach chairs and the screened porch ocean side that was perfect to enjoy the ocean view!
We had a lovely experience enjoying the beach and family!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the balconies and having the little screened in area at the front door to leave our beach chairs and such. Garden City Realty was great to work with, wry accommodating. We had a situation where we had accidentally locked ourselves out, and they were there within 10 mins to let us in. We would definitely stay here again!

Couples happy.. plumber was efficient... Television system needs attention....We tolerated the constant stoppage. Weather was good ..Couples got along as result....Conch was a plus...........
