Very nice place to stay for a very relaxing vacation. Property clean meet all expectations. Would like to make one suggestion-assign parking in the lot according to unit. Couple of late returns to condo and no parking spaces available. Other than that fantastic place to stay

I am a recurring renter in Garden City and love this area.

We loved this condo that was convenient for lots of beach and pool time and had plenty of space for our family of 6. We will be back.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. It's been wonderful every time.

This year was our 5th year staying in Sun Dial 33 and we've already reserved it for next year. With that history, it's obvious that we enjoy the place and we really enjoy the location. The biggest thing I'd love is for them to upgrade is adding TVs in the bedrooms and have wifi in the bedrooms (you can only use the Internet in the main living area and loft).

Love the smallness of the complex. Very cozy and love the access to the pool and beach.

Almost all our expectations with the condo were met. Perfect location, clean and we'll equipped. The only significant problem was the mattresses. Although newer and clean they were cheaply made and harsh and hard to sleep on. We took turns sleeping on the excellent sofa. I think we only slept together 8 nights. There are a few minor maintenance problems. As we had a lot of rain the TV was a bit small and limited channels. But we really appreciated the pool maintenance kept up as the weather became nice enough to use it.

Sundial 33 had a very cool layout. Nice pool and location. The carpet was terrible-beyond a cleaning-needs taken up. Furniture stained and bad marks on the walls. However-the wear and tear on a rental is to be expected and I'm sure the owners wait until the end of the season to fix it back up. Would I return? Yes. The double balconeys were worth it. And wear and tear aside-it was nice.

convenient beachfront with pool - great

Overall we had a great time. I'm not sure who cleaned the condo before we got there, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better( hair in tub and around commode). Also, the tub needs to have Liquid Plumber added. When we showered, water rose to our ankles and was extremely slow to drain.

This was the second year that we've stayed in Sub Dial #33. My family enjoys the views, pool, beach access and my daughter loves the loft bedroom with a private balcony. The only things I would change is to also have Wi-Fi and a TV in the two actual bedrooms. As far as the amenities, I wish they would not lock the side gate from the parking lot. With that hate locked, we can't just go straight to the pool from the parking lot but instead had to climb up 3 flights of stairs and then back down 3 flights of spiral staircase. We have book #33 for 2015 so we are satisfied but would love that little addition!! Thanks.

We were happy with are stay but are very disappointed with parking that you don't enforce the rules nobody had there parking tags on there vehicles, there was days we couldn't even park there and being there is 18 parking spots and you only get 2 tags per room there should always be 2 left over.
AND we had great weather all week...

Great week at Sundial. Right on the beach, and with a pool!

We have stayed at the Sun Dial for the past three years. Our condos have always been very clean and well maintained. We will continue to stay at the Sun Dial for many years to come!

We had a great time. Condo was clean roomy and had everything we needed. Close to places to see. Will recommend it to people.

We enjoyed our week at Sun Dial 33. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the loft and sundeck was great. The condo needs some updating in the kitchen and hall bathroom, but the sundeck made up for that. The new mattresses on the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.

The reservation desk was very accommodating to our time schedule. The location was wonderful. With 2 adults and 4 teenagers there was plenty of room for everybody. Thank you again for a great vacation stay.

Great place to stay. I would not recommend to someone with little kids. The steps to the pool and beach are steep.

It was great! We have stayed at Sun Dial several times and love it! it is great for the family. Main complaint is that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Especially on the twin beds. Otherwise we loved our stay.
your foot. Outside porch light controlled from inside burned out & hard to see to unlock door at night. Air conditioner keeps bedrooms & kitchen cool, but dining area & living room still hot. Lots of dust collected on grills next to washer/dryer. In general
needs updated. Grass floor mats in long hallway hurt with barefeet, one in front of door okay. Are the mattress covered washed between guests? Didn't look like it, so I did. Would have been good to know. Great having washer and dryer. When I called regarding
toilet seat and minor repairs needed, service man did come quickly and repair things I requested.

Great location. Love having pool & beach right there. Carpet bulging & old. Elec & manual can opener in kitchen not working. Spiral stairs challenging especially since on 3rd floor. Internal spiral stairs have screws that come up through carpet & pierce
as there is only enough water for 1 shower. Not having wifi was a big deal to my highly electronic/internet crazed family. The pool area was never crowded b/c of how few condos are in the complex, which is a huge bonus. But there is no poolside loungue chairs
or sunbathing chairs, which I didn't quite understand as this is a usual provision supplied. The spiral staircase is the primary/only access to the pool and beach, which I did not like at all!!! I am terrified of heights, not to mention my fears for the children
slipping with wet feet or just simply falling as children sometimes do. It made it just too scary for me!! There is a gate beside the bldg for access, but it was locked throughout most of our visit.

Overall the condo is very nice and comfortable. The two decks are wonderful! The flooring could be updated both in the baths and the carpeting throughout, but that is not so surprising in a rental. The water heater should be replaced with a larger one
- Timothy R. from East Liverpool, Posted: 08/22/2011
The location is perfect.Great view of the beach and ocean.Down a spiral staircase onto the pool deck and then onto our own little spot on the beach every day.We had a relaxing , enjoyable vacation.
offer it. Would definetly stay here again!

Ocean front is always great! And then add a pool and it's almost too good to be true. Very spacious condo. The sectional sofa was awesome. So much more comfortable than normal beach furniture. Only suggestion...add WiFi. At this price point many condos
- John/Terri F. from Charlotte, Posted: 07/18/2011
It would be helpful if the unit had wi-fi. Most rentals provide their tenants with wi-fi amenities. Also, the air conditioning and hot water were not working properly. Both will most likely need to be replaced in the near future. We advised the maintenance worker who came to rewire a light fixture that wasn't working ; but, he didn't reply or seem to care that we had lodged a concern. When replaced, the hot water tank should be MUCH LARGER. For a unit that can accomodate 6-8 people you should have enough hot water for more than one person to take a shower.

Our family loved the spiral staircase that led directly from our balcony to the pool and beach! Was so convenient! It was perfectly safe to leave our beach furniture poolside too, so that we didn't have to lug them up/down the stairs. Balconies (we had 2 b/c of the loft) were the largest we've ever had at a condo before!! Nice decor inside, not too beachy! Sectional couch was so comfortable, not like alot of the wicker type beach house furniture. We had a great stay! Highly recommend! Only thing we missed was that the master suite was not oceanfront. With only 9 units in the building the pool is never too crowded.
