Seabatical is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home, located 0.7 miles north of Garden City Pier, and just 0.4 miles to public beach access. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, elevator, and ceiling fans throughout. Six Smart TVs (75-inch in living room. 55-inch in bedrooms), stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, two queen, and two double-over-double bunk beds. Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, covered porches, golf cart charging outlet, and ample parking (some covered). Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy. No smoking. Maximum occupancy: 16

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulf Stream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. The house is very spacious. The pool is wonderful. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children 6 and under. The dryer wasn’t working on Sunday but was fixed on Monday. The elevator was a big help in loading and unloading our stuff. The dishes, glasses, etc are beautiful. Our family of six (plus two dogs) had a fantastic stay at Seabatical for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was spacious, there were bedrooms and baths for everyone, the backyard was easily accessed from the back porch, and the elevator worked great for the grandparent and unloading. The kitchen was appointed beautifully, and I had everything I needed to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Garden City Realty makes your stay very easy. We had a great response with maintenance. We had a little trouble getting the air adjusted correctly and also we had a leak from the shower and maintenance. Was there in 10 minutes actually it started in the showerhead and there was no damage. WOW! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
An amazing beyond belief vacation with everything you can imagine. This home has a bathroom with every bedroom, balconies off both sides of the house, flat screens in every room and a kitchen so awesome that made me want to change my own! Great space for everyone to be together and after a day at the beach you can come back for a cook out along side your own private pool. Thank you for making our vacation so special. The location is the perfect balance of proximity to the beach, restaurants, and activities while still being quiet and peaceful. Pier is within walking distance as is a great community park on the marsh.
