Forever Summer is a single-story cottage with two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms in the gated golf course community of Wachesaw Plantation Club. It is within walking distance to club amenities. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch and two parking spaces. Wachesaw Plantation Club amenities include access to the award-winning, Tom Fazio-designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, and access to the pool complex and Magnolia's Pool Bar. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 4

First off, I want to say Garden City Realty is wonderful! They are great to rent from, we’ve rented from them before, I’m sure we’ll do so again. The cottage at Wachesaw was very nice, great location, very quiet. The water heater was turned off, my husband found the breaker behind a picture on the wall. There wasn’t a couch, only chairs, and no living room lamps, only overhead lighting. The bathtub was missing the plug. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, very spacious. Very beautiful area for walks. However, when we arrived at the gate the first day, we showed the lady at the guard house our parking pass from Garden City Realty, no problem at all. When we went out and came back, there was a man at the guard house who was very rude! He told us Garden City Realty wasn’t allowed to give us those parking passes that we can’t get in with that, I told him it got us in earlier that day. I understand there are security protocols, but, he didn’t have to be so rude about it, he was very condescending, he didn’t want to hear anything we had to say. I've stayed at several vacation rentals in the Wachesaw Plantation and this one ranks right up there as one of the best stays! The unit was spotless, and had all the upgrades and amenities a person could ask for. The staff at Garden City Realty were wonderful; helpful and responsive which made checking in, checking out and paying a breeze.
