Very nice condo. Comfortable and clean perfect for family time and close to pool and on beach. Great relaxing week. Krispy Creme is 1/2 block away.

This is your basic average stay. Did not have a blow dryer, oven mitts, wine glasses, beach chairs, or umbrella. Buttons are wore off on the coffee maker and mattress pads were filthy. The condominium itself was very nice, right on the beach and the pool and grounds were clean. We had an issue with the door lock not opening however the maintenance was very tentative to get it fixed. Garden City Realty also called to make sure we were set to go which we really appreciated. They were very pleasant and attentive. We will definitely go through them again however just not this exact location.

Enjoyed the beach place was clean and a good location. Being seniors it was kind of loud being on the street side. Next time we come down will be away from the street.

Sea Oaks 111 is a cute condo, with ample room for 5 or 6 people. The two beds slept great, and the kitchen was stocked for what I needed. The sleeper sofa was ok, very comfy for 1 person. I had one complaint upon arrival, and Garden City Realty was quick and eager to accommodate us. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice. One major thing that needs to be changed in this room is that there is not a deadbolt, and a chain for opening the front door. That will need to change if we stay in this condo room again. Also, secure wifi is needed. Everything else was fine. It could also have used a couple more trash cans in the rooms and a bathroom. A nice unit.

Our overall experience was increible! We traveled from Milwaukee, WI via minivan with our family of 6 and after the 16 hour drive we were very impressed with the rental unit. There was more than enough space for all of us, very well decorated, and in the perfect location for all of the coastal attractions. The provided amenities allowed us to travel lighter, all we needed were cloths and our hygiene items. The cleanliness of the property was in very good condition and the furnishings are all well maintained. You cant ask for a better loacted unit, the property is on the beach which by the way you'll be able to see from the screened in porch in the unit, and you'll be able to enjoy the swimming pool on the property as well. Your walking distance from live entertainment and dining. Our kids really enjoyed the pier which has a full bar for adults and video games and other activities for children as well, and if you get hungry while your up there they have a grill and ice cream for some lunch/dinner/desert... I'd definetly recommend this unit to all that are looking to have a relaxing beach side experince and promise that you wont be disappointed!

check in/out and dealing with Garden city realty for questions was very easily done. The property had a few minor issues that were easy to just deal with without involving realty company. these issues were where the tile floor and the other flooring meet. The metal piece was not covering the tile well and the nails were not flush. So I just used the bathroom rug to cover them. The location of this unit was perfect. you could see the ocean and hear the waves but once the doors were closed it was very quiet. I will be coming back here for many more family vacations!!!
