Royal Garden Resort 110

Check In was simple. Unit was clean. Convenient location. Only gripe is the second bath and second bedroom could use an upgrade. Bunks and a dresser or something to free up some room.

Okay. Appreciated early check in. Facility is dated. Couldn't use clothes dryer because it vented inside the unit and the AC would BARELY cool as it was.

The pictures are accurate, however there is nothing in the description about this unit being directly in front of the trash chute, so it smelled like trash the whole time. It also doesn't mention that it is directly above a bar/restaurant where there is loud music and drunk guests being loud all night-not ideal for a family with small children. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have a dresser so you have to live out if your suitcase for the week and the room is so small you can only keep 1 suitcase inside of the room. Beds very uncomfortable and loud. The unit did have all of the towels and toiletries to get us trough a few days. Pool staff was super annoying. Garden City Realty was very helpful as we needed to move our vacation week and they were able to accommodate.

The rental was a good size and met all of our needs. Second bedroom is small but our teen girls slept comfortably. Glad we had a fan/sound machine because master bedroom you hear noise from the hall and trash dispenser area. We liked that we didn’t need to take the elevator and were so close to the beach. Being located above the snack area we would sometimes get cigarette smoke driving into the room but it didn’t last. We loved being low enough that we were able to sit on the couch and see the ocean. Everything we needed to make for a fun relaxing vacation.

We had a great week in Garden City! We use stay in the North Myrtle area but changed it up this year and we’re very pleased. The condo was a little cramped (I’ve never seen a shower that small but we managed to get settled and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. No place we have been was that well stocked! The beds were premade which previous rental companies did not do. I had an issue when we arrived finding a luggage cart because the directions were off but spoke to the office and they were great. Check in and check out we’re smooth and the staff was super helpful and nice. Would definitely rent from them again!

We had a great time this year in Myrtle Beach. Royal Garden Resort 110 was perfect for us. We were close to the beach, close to the indoor and outdoor pool and the hot tub. We were also in close vicinity to great dining and shopping.

Loved the Garden City area--will stay there again--the only issue we had was late arrival--no one told us where to retrieve a key after hours--this was taken care of promptly--unit was clean but needed some updating--location was great as were all amenities--local people were wonderful in recommending nearby restaurants and shopping.

Liked the parking garage. Our room was updated and clean however the 2nd bedroom is only big enough for 1 person. Toilet in hallway leaked and smelled of sewer gas.

We stayed for three months. The fire alarm going off at least 5 to 6 times during our stay was annoying. No fires reported. Syste4m needed to be upgraded which was done while we were there. When the high school spring baseball and softball teams came in before Easter, the parents and students were not going by the rules of the resort, including after hours of noise on the deck and firecrackers after midnight hours on the beach. I would recommend not staying there whenthe high school breakers come to Myrtle Beach.

Enjoyed our stay at this Unit but the 2nd bedroom is very small...think inside cruise cabin..especially the tiny shower. OK for 2 children but not 2 adults. Garden Reality was very responsive to the few items that needed attending.
