2026 Notice: The owners of Sea Oaks 208 have recently renovated the condo with a beautiful coastal-inspired design. The photos and virtual tour have been updated to reflect these changes.
Sea Oaks 208 is a two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condo located 0.5 miles north of Garden City Pier. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, living room with adjacent ocean-view balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two TVs (cable) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and one twin-sized bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and one queen-sized sofa bed. Common area features a swimming pool, two community grills, and an elevator. Limit two parking passes. No trailers. No golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 7

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Café, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine saltmarsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

First time staying in this condo. Loved the location! Easy parking, and plenty of spaces. The condo was comfortable for our family. We always cook on vacation, and utilized the kitchen every night. Plenty of items to make our meals. Like that we are able to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The stand up shower in the master is very small. The only “issue” we had was the floor in the tub has nothing to keep you from slipping. Even the small shower was a little tricky. We ended up just putting a towel in the bottom of the tub so mom wouldn’t slip. The time of year we went was perfect to be able to get to talk to some of the owners! Lovely group of people. We got to Garden City and our room wasn't ready but by three we were in the Condo. Everything was very clean, all of the employees were courteous. I am going back in September and I am staying at Sea Oaks again. I will be staying in 303 and I hope the Condo is as well as 208 was. Only problem we had was the internet. We had a great family vacation. The only small negatives were that the sofa was not easy/comfortable to sit on. Also we had very noisy neighbors above us. Sounded like stampede constantly. No fault of Garden City Realty or condo owners...nothing they can do about that. Other than those two things, we LOVED staying there. Extremely convenient to beach, Myrtle Beach and stores/grocery.
