Atalaya Tower 1505

The unit was clean, but needed some new rugs. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks. TP holder also. The electricity/switches in the bedrooms were wonky. Outlets, lights and fan controlled by a single switch. Awkward. Balcony and balcony doors were great. Nice kitchen. Parking was decent-large lot directly across the street. Atalaya staff constantly policing parking lots and property. The property has key code entry lock that changed mid-week and we couldn’t get in. Elevators worked well, and fast. Nice decks on oceanfront. Beach In front of property is very narrow, especially at high tide. Pools are nice. Very quiet area. Convenient to restaurants and Murrell’s Inlet.
Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Very helpful. Received a text when our room was ready. Good communication from them. Very courteous, and quick to respond to our needs during the week!

This rental was exactly how it was listed/pictured. Beautiful and very comfortable space. Sits right on the water. The pools and hot tub was nice and kept clean.

My family and I had one of the best vacations the week we spent at Garden City. This condo was beautiful. Clean and well stocked with all we could need.

The condo was just as described. Check-in and Check-out were both very easy. This location was perfect for our family and was very close to local restaurants. The condo was also very family oriented. There was no need to bring anything extra as everything that you could think of was right there. We have already booked to return again next year.

1505 was perfect for our family !! Everything is updated and looks so nice. The rooms were set up perfect. Such a great location and close to so many places. The pool and hot tub are favorites for us and being right on the ocean is always a plus !!!

We had a problem with bedbugs upon our arrival, which garden city realty addresse but put a damper on our stay The property is lovely,very well equipped and in a gorgeous location. The staff at Attalya towers is delightful and very friendly.

The condo itself was beautiful, great view of the ocean from the 15th floor even though I’m not a fan of high rises and easy access to the beach.

The unit was great. Everything was as described and pleasantly surprised at updated features. The ONLY issue we had: the representative in the little office downstairs, female blonde with tatts (i have tattoos so just being descriptive), rude on 2 occasions when asking for information. Specifically about a notice for spraying for bugs, as we have a 6 month old learning to crawl. And she was an infertility baby. So a little more cautious than some about exposure. Same lady also rude when asked abour the fireworks ordinance (none as posted on the signs). But they were going off constantly Saturday night. So my daughter asked and was told “what do you want me to do about it, call the sheriff”. Call the sheriff would have been sufficient. Her overall demeanor was not to be disturbed. Other than this, we have discussed returning at some point. Loved the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere.

Enjoyed our stay at Atalaya Tower. We did have problems with high winds whistling through and around the entrance door. Very clean and roomy for 4 adults.

Well equipped with high end pots and pans, matching full set of dinnerware. Health and cleanliness were obviously a high concern, place was immaculate down to the baseboards.

The unit was spotless when we arrived. Kudos to housekeeping! We needed more towels and they arrived promptly.

Our unit had been updated with new appliances and paint. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I did cook a lot and every time I would think oh I bet they don't have this or that, I would find what I needed in a cabinet or drawer. One downside was the bedroom with the double/queen? mattress. Definitely needs replacing.

We enjoyed walking to the Conch Cafe for lunch. Great service and good food! It was truly a great time with my grandchildren.

Beachfront
This condo was perfect for our visit! The condo was clean, the bedrooms are spacious and the living/dining room comfortably accommodated all 6 of us for meals, board games and relaxation. The balcony is private and can also be enjoyed on a rainy day. The property offers outdoor and indoor pools so the water can be enjoyed year round. Easily walkable to restaurants and the Garden City pier this is a perfect location. We will be returning.
