Very informative and forthcoming

When we first decided to explore purchasing a vacation rental property we called Garden City Realty and spoke with Denise Coleman. She was very informative and forthcoming and we were able to pick up an information packet right away for us to look at. We did not feel pressured to look at properties and Denise supplied us with daily listings for us to consider if we wished. She recommended a financing source that turned out to be very helpful as well. Norm was wonderful. He help us find exactly what we were looking for. We decided to new development. We were doing this from out of state so we call Norm when we were ready to look, let him know when we would be in SC. We got off the plane and went to Norm's office we went to 4 different developments in the area we were interested. The next day we went back to developments that we really liked and by the end of week we had found the development and home we wanted built. Norm was a great help to us making sure we asked the right questions. He was great and very knowledgeable in construction. He came to our walk through and help us point out anything that needed to be fixed. He is a great person and a wonderful realtor. Very caring person.
