Having a keyless entry was great with not having to go to Garden City reality to check in. However, the door wouldn’t open for us/ luckily they could reset it virtually. Then when we were able to get in we noticed right away the place hasn’t been swept or vacuumed. We had to call back for that. However they did send George out to come clean and he did an amazing job. After those 2 issues which were resolved we had a great time. The weather was perfect so we didn’t spend much time in the condo.

Property neat and clean, easy to find. Initial issue with door key immediately addressed and fixed within 30 minutes of arrival.
If they would replace (or even clean) the carpet- would recommend.

We always stay at Sandy shores but the unit we normally stay in was already booked so we stayed in this unit. Overall was good but the carpet on the steps was dirty and smelled- really needs to be replaced.

property had great location. absolutely nothing inside though - most properties have some things leftover like spices, baggies, plastic wrap, dish detergent, etc. couch was very uncomfortable. mattress on bed needs to be replaced in my opinion. also there were two beach chairs - one of them was tiny like for a child. could use a few more beach chairs and possibly an umbrella. also wifi was painfully slow and not secure - no password needed to get on. could not find router and even your people could not find - that really should be addressed.

Our condo had everything that we needed. It’s close to many stores and right down the road from the pier . It’s directly across the street from the ocean. The prices were a steal! Hotels on the beach are about $450 more than this gorgeous condo! I will stay here again for years to come! Our only issue was our door knob to the bathroom broke, but maintenance came and fixed it promptly! Excellent service!!

I would rate the condo as "good". It was fairly clean. Improvements: fresh coat of paint, new vacuum cleaner, iron, larger working tv in the living area. The outside deck was not useable since there was only a view of the condo opposite this one. Overall, it was a nice condo - but we were without a tv for four days and the office staff in charge of maintenance was no help at all. The maintenance guy himself was wonderful. For the money, I would rent the place again.

Was very clean and cozy, perfect for a small family. The most upsetting thing would be the view, seeing the neighbors door across or leaning to see a small glimpse of the ocean was upsetting but was excellent other than that.

We had a great experience. The only improvement would be a larger TV in the living area.
1--The bathroom was a bit disgusting. The shower curtains and curtain liners have mildew.
2--All of the faucets (sink and shower) were completely mildewed. Neither is expensive to replace so I'm having a very hard time understanding why this hasn't been done.
3--The elevator has a horrible smell, probably because there is no ventilation AT ALL.....
Overall- the condo is very clean and accomodating. The Rental Staff is AMAZING!! (LOVE THEM)!!! The entire area is beautiful!!!!

Really nice place to say ,management was really helpful, location is really great it is close to everything, restrants activities,beach access and most of all ,just a wonderful place for a vacation or just a weekend get away.i would recommend garden city reality to my friends,family,and coworkers that is looking for a nice place for peaceful get away.thanks again for another great vacation!

Nice rental property. We were disappointed that we couldn't grill. The condo suited our needs for the week.
shopping areas. Rental property parking was convenient, with easy access to elevator. Condo was was nice, but could use a larger TV.

Our family comes to the beach severeal times a year. We have rented hotel rooms, rental homes and condo. This is the first time in many years that we rented in Garden City. While we enjoyed the location and amenities, the condo was extremely sparse, very simple! It could really use some updating! Don't get us wrong, we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again but the condo needs some work. The blinds to the patio were broken with several slats missing and the wand missing, in fact some of the missing slats were found stuffed behind the tv. There is only one tv in the living room, it would have been nice for that tv to have been larger and an additional tv in one of the bedrooms. Additional seating would be nice as well. Carpets need to be replaced due to wear and I strongly urge that the pillows be replaced. While we brought our own, we noticed several unsitely stains on most of the pillows....yuck!. And when we checked in we ask If the property had wifi, we were told no by the mgmt but once we got to the condo we found a note from the HOA that says there was wifi. But again I'll say while it left me a little disappointed, I would rent again.

My only complaint was that the carpet was very dirty. I am sure it is hard to keep carpet clean in a beach rental, but this carpet needed to be replaced. Other than that, the rental was clean and comfortable.
Expedition that barely fit into those spaces. Luckily we didn't hit anything but while we were there someone did hit the posts in parking area with their car. Don't think there is much that can be done about the parking though.

Overall this was a great property to stay at. Beach access was right across the street. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the furniture and new carpeting more often. The parking was also a bit difficult due to small spaces. We had a Ford

Our only complaint with our stay was there was only one TV in the condo and it was a small TV. There should at least be one more in one of the bedrooms. We have stayed at Sandy Shores II for several years as a friend of ours has a condo in the complex and we love the location to the beach as well as other activities.
