Very Nice, your HVAC needs servicing. I could not get the room under 71 and very hot stale in the room. The couch needs to be replaced or recovered. We stay here twice a year same dirt stains for 2 years now

We loved the condo it was very clean and had everything the only downfall is the location to the high rises and public beach access right beside it was hard to park and not much room on the beach because of all the chairs and umbrella put out by the city.

Our family (parents and two adult sons) had a wonderful week here. We never felt crowded and really enjoyed being on the front row. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

Beautiful condo, and we enjoyed our stay. A few things were missing, such as a can opener and other kitchen essentials, but Garden City housekeeping took care of it promptly. I would suggest a new sofa in the living room. It is very uncomfortable because the cushions are sagging . Had to sit on a pillow !

Experience was all good for 5 adults except TV. We were there for Brookgreen Gardens light which were great but back at home at 9 pm or so. Unable to get ANY TV channels except one showing 40 year old Indians Jones movie and another with black & white dragnet-no ballgames could be seen

This rental is perfectly located right on the beach. We were thrilled with how clean it was. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Overall, we appreciated the simple yet beautiful decor. Will definitely go back!!

Everything you need. Very clean. Great location. It doesn’t have a pool but we never use a pool when we’re at the beach anyway so it was perfect for us. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that there’s not a lot of parking but we figured it out. We WILL stay again.

For a condo that can sleep 6-8 guests, it would be nice to have more seating in the main living area, which comfortably seats only 5, with one sofa and two chairs. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and cookware/bakeware, specifically a large salad bowl and a griddle for pancakes and grilled cheese. These few things would make it absolutely perfect!

Great location for both Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. Very convenient for golfing, great beach. Beautifully renovated. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will be renting again. Definitely recommend!!

This place has been very tastefully renovated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and elegant stay. There is an even better view from the porch than the listing shows. Incredibly convenient beach access and location. Walking distance from Conch Cafe, River City is a short drive. Note that there are really just two showers, one bath has a jacuzzi tub and does have a wand that you can use to wash your hair.
