Sunset Cabana

We had a wonderful experience. Family flew in Thursday morning, and we did request/receive early check in. The house was almost perfect. This dishwasher wasn't working, which we didn't know until check out and the master shower had really low water pressure. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fire pit. The fireplaces added a cozy element. View was beautiful. House had everything we needed. House actually had more space than expected. Amazing views for our family pictures. Would absolutely rent again.

Sunset Cabana was as beautiful as was pictured. Spacious and nicely decorated inside with all the wonderful outdoor space, pool and hot tub is the real treat! Was clean and well maintained. Garden City Realty is very easy to work with and checked on us several times to see if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. We have stayed in other houses in Garden City and this one is a gem. Will definitely return.

Was a great trip. We enjoyed the hole time we were there. NO complaints. Does seem to be a little expensive to me but we splurged this year , celebrating my 70 birthday on the 4th of July. All and all great time!

At this house, you’ll get the phenomenal sunset views of the inlet from your private pool/hot tub/dock plus, following a very short walk, you get all of the additional beauty of Garden City Beach. I really appreciated being removed from the first and second row traffic and noise. The house was immaculate and well appointed. I made most of our meals and felt the kitchen was well stocked. As a coffee-holic, I appreciated the duo Keurig.
There are so many areas to “hang out” in the house that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each area is well thought out and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious.
The ground level dual showers were a big bonus, too! It was nice keeping the shower clutter off of the main floor. We will definitely rent this property again.

The house was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room except when we were all trying to be in the kitchen at the same time. The dock and pool were well maintained also.

This house offers it all. pool, hot tub, dock on tidal creek for fishing and boating. Spectacular sunsets, Only a couple of blocks to the beach, pier, restaurants, amusements, etc.
