Seasider 405

We have just completed our 7th stay at Seasider 405 and we are never disappointed. The condo is clean, the layout is roomy and comfortable and the ocean front location is wonderful. The hustle bustle of Mrytle Beach is close enough (20 minutes) to enjoy while the condo location is far enough south to offer the peace and quiet of a getaway vacation. Close to great shopping and excellent restaurants, I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Well managed, I was always informed, zero problems. The room rental was spacious, clean, we loved it. Grocery and anything else needed is close by. Loved it, will be back.

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for our family. Only one minor complaint was that we couldn’t find a luggage mover and was told that only one was at the complex.

Extremely relaxing. Beautiful location. You can rock oceanside by the ocean as the sun raises and have a relaxing evening glass of wine watching the sun set from your own spacious deck. Totally relaxing.

The sun is always available with this unit. The morning sun is easily accessed from the inviting rocking chairs located on the beach side of the building. The afternoon sun shines all the time on the spacious private deck. A great place for breakfast coffee, relaxing lunch, afternoon wine and cheese or after dinner sunset. Great vacation.

This is our second year at this location and I have renewed for next year. Great location at the beach with a deck that overlooks the water and provides a windscreen when necessary. Particularly enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs provided by the Condo HOA and located directly on the beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Seasider 405. It was a very well maintained unit with beautiful décor. Would definitely stay here again. Such a short walk to the beach made it even better.

My wife and I recently rented this unit for the month of March. We were 100% satisfied with the condo and the location. The unit is well laid out, extremely clean and quite.The deck with a view of the ocean is a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee or a leisure afternoon glass of wine. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Our yearly family vacation was perfect! In part because of our rental . It was great! Decorated like home with a hint of beach decor . Perfect location. This was our first time staying in Garden City. We will definitely rent for next year! Thanks again!

Good value, nice interior. If you don't mind taking the stairs/elevator up 5 floors (the first floor is parking). My wife and I enjoyed a week with two other couples. Plenty of room for us.

Had a wonderful vacation and this condo is exactly as described. Beds in all rooms are comfy and has plenty of dishes to cook with. Seasider is situated between two large towers so the beach can be crowded. My daughters loved all the kids to play with, I would have loved a few less people around my chair! lol Overall, a great stay in a beautiful condo!

First, I must say how great and friendly and professional the staff is at Garden City Realty. I was thoroughly impressed! It took seconds for them to check me in and get my keys..and after a long ride, it was refreshing!
The condo was great, and I had no problems at all! Would rent from them again for sure.

Enjoyed staying in unit 405. Unit had updated decor. However, dryer wasn't working during our stay. Sure that owners will have it repaired or replaced.

Over all this was a good place for the price. Had a little trouble with the. grandchildren loved being on the water front.
