Sea Oaks 107

Rental agent was very halpful in finding us the perfect place. It was cleaned and ready for us in a timely manner. beautifully decorated, very clean, was perfect for a 82 & 85 year olds. The view of the beach and water were peerfect. Good experience.

I really like staying at Sea Oaks. It's always clean and allows two parking passes. I have stay in 204...107. Both clean and well kept. Look forward to another visit soon. However, the grounds need some cleaning. Trash in the parking lot and the construction stuff took up under park spaces. Also, there was nails in the parking lot, which cost me a tire.

The property was very dated and could use some simple upgrades. Two of the three tv’s did not work, but Garden City Realty was quick to respond. The coffee pot was as old as the unit. I would recommend a K-cup machine and new coffee pot. The bath also had a difficult time draining water, but that is to be expected in an older unit. The bedding could also use an upgrade or a good cleaning. We didn’t use the comforters because they did not seem to be clean. We covered all furniture with sheets because the couch and chairs were also older and looked to be very used. The unit was quiet and met our needs for a beach get away, but the owners could do a few minor upgrades that would make a big difference.

We enjoyed our stay,love the location and the unit. Some updated furniture in the living room would make the stay more comfortable but is definitely not a deal breaker. We look forward to our stay again next year.

We had a good stay. The property could use some updating. The furniture and appliances could use some upgrading. Also was not crazy about the screened in porch. It blocked the breeze and took away from the ocean view. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us and are pleased to inform you that the owner has replaced the bedding, added select new pieces of décor throughout, and removed the screen around the porch. Likewise, the owner plans to install new LVT flooring in the unit this fall. We hope to see you again next year.

This unit was comfy and in a great location. We were there for the week of July 4th, and there were very well executed professional looking fireworks for over an hour - thanks to other vacationers and the actually scheduled ones at both piers. We had a lot of fun!

The unit needed some coasters, so we bought some and left them for the next guests. There was also no dish detergent for the kitchen sink (although there were a couple dishwasher tabs). Other than that, the kitchen was full service for cooking meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, although the bathrooms could've been a little cleaner.
Other than that, 107 Sea Oaks was a great place to stay!
