We really enjoyed our stay at Duneside III 304! The room was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Be advised that you're right next to the pier and there is daily karaoke! The room could use some updated kitchen supplies (such as a baking sheet, salt/pepper) and the Wi-Fi was not stable causing the TV to loose connection multiple times a day. Other than that it was a great stay and great location!

No check in at the office on arrival. Garden City Realty sends a notification to your cell phone when the condo is ready for move in. Key pad lock on the entry door means no need to pickup keys. Duneside III sets right beside the Garden City Pier where drinks, karaoke and bands happen every day. It’s a fantastic location oceanfront.

Perfect location. But condo bedroom is in need of upgrade. The mattress is sinking in the middle and it was impossible to get around the bed from the window side especially for older people due to no walking room. I also had to vacuum the bedroom because of dead bugs in the floor.
Our entry code would not work upon arrival but maintenance arrived quickly and was extremely nice and helpful.

It was a very nice place beautiful views close to everything.
Only problem was lack of parking
Recommend bring a crockpot they dont have one

Condo was very nice and comfortable for 2. Having the closet to put beach chairs in was a huge plus. The only complaints is that the bed in the bedroom was tight to walk around and the washer and dryer had been pulled out of the laundry room due to the storms the week before and we’re not put back for our use until late in the week. Other than that I would recommend and will definitely return.

We loved being close to the pier. We could attach our swings underneath and be in the shade and still enjoy the ocean.

3rd time here, and coming back in September. Great location. Mattress hasn’t changed and will leave you sinking to the middle. No elevator, so you get a good workout.... But we keep coming back!!

Modern Condo that looks better than any of the other condos seen or stayed in at Duneside III. It’s right beside the Pier and has a pool. The only complaint is the mattress on the bed in the bedroom is horrible and needs replacing. The springs in the mattress are worn out and you sleep on a slant toward the middle. Everything else is great.

We really liked this condo as compared to other condos at Duneside III. Even though all the condos there are small, this one seemed bigger and less cluttered. It was more modern and functional. The only issue was that I had to do some cleaning as it didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. After I cleaned the floors you could actually walk on them without getting sand on your feet.

We had a wonderful time! After climbing the steps for ten days we are in much better shape.The parking could be better and getting in and out of the bed was a problem because the room was too small. However could not have asked for a better place. Enjoyed our view !!!

We come to Garden City every year, this was our first time using Garden City Realty, but we will use them again. Super helpful, customer service on point, easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend them if looking for rentals.

My daughter and I enjoyed this rental during a recent weekend stay. The incredible view (check out the sunrises!), convenient location and beautiful accommodations were perfect for our needs. The unit is "compact" but "efficient." Well organized and all necessary items for a comfortable stay. You may want to bring linens, towels and paper products to save money and time. No elevator access guarantees your steps!

Our favorite place is Garden City! Garden City Realty was great to work with and our condo was great! Being that close to the pier was a plus! The only downfall was the parking! There are 21 condos in the building and only about 15 parking spaces! We would stay here again even with the parking issues!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was very nice, clean, and the location was perfect. We could walk right to the pier, arcade and other shops located in the main area of Garden City. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the waves and listening to the band on the pier. I would recommend this hotel. The only downfall is parking is tight and no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor which made loading and unloading our things a little difficult, but the access to everything else made it worth it.

This condo, in an older building in Garden City, is so cute! It had everything we needed for 2 people and would be great with a family with a couple of small kids. Perfect location....next to the pier...sit on the balcony and enjoy the music, but in the bedroom you couldn't hear the noise!
The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there's a coin laundry downstairs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The pool area could use come umbrellas and furniture...but that's not a big deal!

This condo was in a great location. Loved being able to walk to everything! Needs to be updated and parking was ridiculous but put that aside it was great. You can't beat ocean front beside the pier.

Nice unit and just feet away from the pier. Great oceanfront views, clean pool, and efficient a.c. in unit. Parking a little hectic at times, but street noise not an issue. If you seek lonely solitude, should not be tops on your list, but for a clean, accessible, family-oriented location, this one's just the ticket.

The unit was exactly as described. The beach was a little crowded. (public beach access on both sides of complex) A great value for an oceanfront unit. Garden City Realty staff superb as always. A great unit for the younger crowd with the band playing at the pier and the arcade across the street.

Have used Garden City Realty several years and have nothing but praise for them. Overall experience has always been excellent. They are always willing to accommodate your every needs. Love staying at the Duneside III because of its great location. This fall the rental was not as nice as the previous rentals. This particular rental was clean and served our needs but really needs to be updated on the inside. All being said I will give them a call at the first of the year and make my reservations for the Spring Bike Rally in May. Great Realty company to go through. A+

Really enjoyed our stay at Duneside III except for the lack of an elevator. Will not stay again if we have to take something on the 3rd floor. Stairs became too much for my wife. Sliding glass door in our room needs to be fixed to open better, it was a real struggle.
