Never have we experienced a better beach house. As you walk in, you are greeted by a beautifully decorated living space and kitchen. The floor plan is amazing, especially having a master on the main floor. Overall, the home offers a cozy and welcoming home feeling that you typically don’t find in a rental. The area has much to offer in such a short walking distance—Would recommend anyone to stay here!

We didn’t have great weather, so the hot tub room was used a lot.The pool area could have been maintained a little better, but overall the house and the location was great!

We had an amazing week during our stay here. The home was clean and just what we needed for 2 families sharing the home. I love the floor plan with 1 master on the main floor and 2 other king masters on the 2nd floor and then 2 bedrooms that are set up in a Jack n Jill style with a shared bathroom in between...this worked for our 2 teenage boys. All rooms are spacious. We loved the closeness to restaurants one block away and the beach just a few steps from the front door. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed morning bike rides. We did have an issue with downstairs tub being clogged and not draining well. Management sent someone out right away and it was fixed! And the gentleman who came to fix it was extremely kind and helpful. We will return! Thank you!

House was beautiful, ocean view and directly across from beach access. Only drawback was tv in front bedroom was too small. Had one inconvenience when we arrived. Front bedroom sink had note to not use waiting on part which was fine. While we were unloading our cars repairman arrived to fix sink. Very nice gentleman, even brought up some groceries for us. He had 3 sinks to work on taking him from about 6-8:30 to complete. We just sat around waiting to unpack and go to dinner. Other than that vacation was wonderfull! Definitely will rent this house again when we vacation again.

Didn't like having to go to rental office ti check in just to get door code. Also, the pool needed to be cleaned.

All was good. House was updated and clean. Other family members stayed in a close by house managed by another company. It was a bad experience for them. Ours was very good.

We had a fabulous time at Off the Hook! Location was great for our two little grandkids- close to beach. We also like that their were restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and updated. We always had access to someone if needed. We will certainly be returning to Surfside. My only suggestions would be more hand towels in bathroom, and we were surprised we had to run out & get salt, pepper & basic dry spices for just the weekend. (We left some there!) Thank you again for our stay!

First time we have gone this late to the Surfside/Garden City area. We normally book oceanfront homes end of July, beginning of August, but this looked really good:and was. Access to the beach right across the street made for an easy walk to the ocean. With 4+ restaurants within 2 minutes walk, made for a nice selection of dining and or drinks. Would definitely book again!

Overall the property was nice. Spacious enough for 14 people. Clean and had a pretty good view of the ocean from the front balconies. Also very close to beach access. The only negative I will say is the pool and hot tub could have been vacuumed better or maybe more often during the week.

This house is amazing!! Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and a bar. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our children. The house was clean and ready for us early which was so awesome. We loved our stay!!

Love this home!
This home checks every single box!! The location is absolutely perfect - very few steps to the beach, restaurants, beach shops and the (under construction) Surfside Pier, the amenities are amazing and the home is fresh, clean and perfectly coastal! Nothing else I’d want in a vacation home!! We absolutely, without a doubt will be back!!
