Loved the back porch. Could only be better if it was screened in. Pool was pretty small and the water cold- if it was able to be warmed, we didn’t receive instructions on how/where the controls to do so were. The air conditioning was preset and ran constantly- it was cold in the house. That was pretty miserable during the night, especially with young kids. But the overall setup of the home was great for our large group of several couples with younger kids. The kitchen being fully equipped was helpful. The weather during our stay was perfect.

This was an awesome vacation, starting with the wonderful young man there at the realty office who gladly checked on the possibility of us getting into the house, as we had arrived a few hours earlier than expected And had three small children in tow The inspector lady was sweet and understanding, the realtor at the window made filling out the paperwork a breeze, and we were in before our feet hit the sand! ⛱ Seacamp is a beautiful home! It was just perfect for our family .... Which this trip was 11. Each of our little families had a corner with room to spare! Awesome views took our breath away when we opened the door, the bedrooms large and comfortable, the bathrooms incredible, but the kitchen was the most impressive those color coded drawers will be happening here in my West Virginia kitchen soon! The location was perfect. If I had to critique anything at all it might be the lack of window coverings on the side of the living room... we felt a little exposed, and could actually view their TV and the kids would of liked better bathroom window covering....the faucet is very loose in the kitchen, but a maintenance man came by about the”dryer” ( which actually worked great for us) and said the faucet was already noted and on back order .. also we would of appreciated a vacuum or electric broom, swifter, something , to keep up with some sand.... But we managed . we have rented from Garden City Realty for years and have always been pleased ( we rented 601 at surf-master at least a dozen times) we are truly spoiled now with this house the Jura’s from Glen Dale WV

My family of 14 just returned from a week at Seacamp. It was absolutely amazing. The house was just perfect for our group the rooms were large and views amazing. The kids loved the pool but a pit too cold for the adults unfortunately. Looking forward to another week next year

We had an awesome week at the SeaCamp in Garden City. It's a great house with awesome accommodations. We plan to stay there again and again!

We love this house! This will be our third year staying here. It’s always very clean and the kitchen has EVERYTHING! The covered pool is small but perfect for kids and rainy days. The beds are also very comfortable. We have not found any other house as great as this one!

We had a wonderful time at Seacamp! Ample space, very clean and organized, and easy access to the beach!

Amazing house with a breath taking kitchen and views. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and well taken care of. LOVE this house!!! We will always stay here. Location was perfect!

SeaCamp is an excellent house. I have been vacationing in the Garden City area for MANY summers! SeaCamp is possibly the best house we have ever rented. The home is in fine condition and the simple decor/design made it ideal for our needs. I have 2 negatives I can apply to this place. The pool is a little small. However, it provided a place for the kids to still have some water play and stay out of the sun for a little while. The mattress covers could stand to be cleaned/replaced, our cover was on the dirty side of the spectrum. I did not hear any one else complain about their cover. Please don't let these negatives deter you. It is an excellent rental in an excellent location.

Great time, had spring break, but no house parties, of course. Lots of teenagers enjoyed the house, plenty of room, great kitchen for entertaining and cooking and well stocked. Easy beach access directly across the dunes.

Seacamp was just what we needed.

5th year at Seacamp. There maybe a better deal in Myrtle Beach but I do not need to find it. All I need is at Seacamp. Thank you again.

Sea Camp will be completely renovated for the 2018 rental season. Keep checking back for the new and improved SEACAMP!!

The weather was not so good, but we've stayed at SeaCamp for several years and will continue. However, the condo does need a few updates. The bathroom window on the 1st floor leaked

Excellent weather, good times.
We would absolutely return to Seacamp for another vacation!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Seacamp! We shared the beach house with another family and found we had plenty of space for all nine of us. The view of the ocean was outstanding (we could see dolphins from our bedroom!!) and the house was very clean and well kept with a very homey feel. The sandy beach was amazing and was where we spent most of our time, building sand castles, searching for shells and shark teeth, walking the shoreline, and basking in the sunshine. There was also great shopping, with the outlets in close proximity, as well as grocery stores nearby.

We were very satisfied with our week stay at Seacamp. We are now spoiled on beach house verses a condo! The location is great, very relaxing but close to stores and pop onto highway to the attractions. We found the rental be clean. They have full size washer and dryer on first floor which I could not see on the vital tour, but was listed. We list a short list of items ; such as couple light bulbs burnt out etc that no one would really know if they weren't there for very long. The reality handle our reservations very professionally. This property is week stocked! There is : iron and full size ironing board, 2 toasters, 2 coffe pots, a blender, a griddle, full set of pots and pans, MATCHiNG dishes for the large crowd, ample drink ware and silverware, feather pillows, extra blankets, clothes hangers, bath mats, a laundry basket, picnic tables, grill with gas in it, enough lawn chairs, and best of all an ice maker that kept up with demands of quantity of guests. The only thing I can think of that would make this rental house any better was If the complete linden package was included! Don't just recommend it to your friends, take them with you- there is plenty of room. One of the greatest things for me was the bedrooms were all equally nice with comfortable queen beds. No one fighting over the "master" suite. Depending on size of vehicles, you can shuffle six cars in the parking area. We even suffered a jelly fish sting- the owners had a kit for that right on site in the big kitchen pantry! Thanks for a relaxing week at myrtle beach.
- ELISABETH S. from LAWRENCEVILLE, Posted: 09/08/2014
We have stayed here for many years and it's a comfortable home steps from the ocean! The 6 bedrooms have 10 comfy queen beds and 5 full baths gives everyone plenty of space.
- Patrick F. from Auburn, Posted: 05/12/2014
The ice maker which I love was not working but I used the ice trays to make ice and we made some runs to get bagged ice. Not a deal breaker. This was my 3rd year in a row so I can start to see the hard use these rental get. God willing I will be back because the price is right and it has all queen beds which works for a family of four in 4 of the 6 rooms.
The kitchen is well stocked as we do lots of cooking, the beds comfortable, bathrooms plentiful, and we love stepping out on the beach!

Whether there are five or twenty of us we always rent Seacamp when we come to the area.

Great place to stay. Works great for our extended family with the kids comming and going all during the week from different states. Hope to stay there again next fall. Thanks!!

We have stayed at many different houses over the last 5+ years and have to say that this one was the most spacious for 3 adults. The rate was an extreme value. The amenities within the house provided us with everything that we needed. The bed sizes were nice but a little hard for our comfort. We will book a stay again in the future.
- ELISABETH S. from LAWRENCEVILLE, Posted: 09/10/2013
Best bed configuration on the beach- 10 queens. Plenty of space for large gatherings.
having an extra day to enjoy all the fun in the sun! Thanks - See you next year.

Everything was perfect ... from booking to being able to get in early ... it was like
- David H. from Indian Land, Posted: 05/27/2013
The onl;y problems we encountered where the 3rd level carpet vac did not work and the ice maker stopped working on our last day and the door to the back porch only the dead bolt lock worked but none of those items were a big deal to us and we all have a wonderful time. We renamed the house to the "Beach Barn".

Great Location, great property. Thanks to the owners the packet of goodies.Look forward to doing it again
- Darla R. from Saint Albans, Posted: 10/15/2012
The house was great and has a beautiful view. It was fully stocked with just about anything you might need. I was impressed that the walls didn't seem paper thin like many rentals. All the families pretty much stayed on the stretch of beach in front of the homes and there was no crowding because the public beach access is much further up (off season). I would recommend it to a friend and stay there again.

A great stay, the house was well stocked and clean. We only seen one bug it was already dead. Would recommend to anyone. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing was the screen door off the back porch it needs some repair, prpbably the entire porch needs to be rescreened and made more sturdy.
- Angela S. from Easley, Posted: 08/27/2012
We've stayed at Seacamp 4 years and love it. 17 family members in one house. The best gathering place is the kitchen where we can all sit in there together. Although the living room is rather small, we somehow make it work. The house is always clean, beds comfortable (all queens) and location perfect (1 mile from pier). We wished we found it sooner!
- Christopher K. from Olmsted Falls, Posted: 08/08/2012
We had a very good time at the home we rented. The management company responded promptly when we had a need. The beach was lovely and the wooden walkway to the beach was well maintained. We cooked many large meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained and had good showers with plenty of hot water. There was adequate parking space and we liked that the area of beach where we were was relatively quiet. The back door to the porch closed with difficulty and the porch itself needs maintenance.

We had originally planned to stay at another property. When we showed up, the property was not what we had expected. We contacted management and they responded quickly and upgraded our property to Seacamp in Garden City at no extra cost. Seacamp is much more than we could have wished for. Beach front, clean, spacious, new amenities and location. A vaction my family from Ohio will talk about for a long time.
- Patrick F. from Auburn, Posted: 05/21/2012
It always helps when the wheather is perfect and it was. The seacamp was perfect for our families for its size and amenities. I played cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare our meals. The location on the beach was perfect. I would rent this property again. It was the best bang for or money. Thankyou seacamp

The Canfield High School Baseball team stayed at Seacamp for the 4th time as we play in a tournament every year. We are from Youngstown, Ohio, and we love the place. Seacamp houses all of the boys, plus a busdriver, as well as 4 coaches. Thank you for such a great place!
- Edward M. from Lynchburg, Posted: 11/02/2011
The facilities at Sea Camp are perfect for our golfing group - plenty of bathrooms, more than enough hot water and a great gathering place in the kitchen/dining room. A hot tub would make it perfect.
- Anonymous from Fort Collins, Posted: 10/25/2011
This was our 4th stay at Seacamp. We love the location, and the kitchen is well stocked as we always celebrate Thanksgiving dinner - even in October.
- Anonymous from Cherryville, Posted: 10/17/2011
Over all a good experience. It accommodates a large group well. Our family has stayed here 2 times with plenty of room & the kitchen is stocked well with all you need for cooking & eating meals. Good family memories made here & we loved the airondack chairs on the deck - that was a great addition to the outside.

had an issue with an item left behind. Several phone calls later was able to get someone to actually go down and look for it. I told them where to look for it and apparently they could not find, but no one called back. After another call, someone went down to look and found it where I said. Then cost me quite a bit to get back. I thought this was somewhat out of line.
- Matt K. from Youngstown, Posted: 04/25/2011
Everything was perfect, except when it rained two days, the bathroom window on the lowest level leaked. The washer needed a small repair and was fulfilled very quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay.
- Ann H. from Garden City, Posted: 02/12/2011
Since we were arriving off-season, the management was very helpful in arranging our stay from Thursday to Thursday rather than the normal Saturday to Saturday.
- Kathy K. from Apex , Posted: 12/03/2010
I would recommend this location to anyone. I did have a couple of concerns, but hope that management corrected them after we left. Bottom line, we had a wonderful time -- lots of room, the beach was right out the back door, and the drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the area was short. I was amazed at the amount of kitchen ware that was available, including appliances. There were also a lot of games, puzzles, and even a few books there to enjoy. I hope we can go back soon!
