Hello Sunshine was a great house for our week at the beach! The setup was perfect for our large group with multiple families and kids. We loved how close to the ocean it is and the ability to go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Tons of living space, outdoor seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great House and a Great Location. Right across from beach access with a ramp, not steps. The Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils. House was clean but not excellent. I would highly recommend the house to friends and we will probably be back as well. Thanks for a great week.

We loved Hello Sunshine! Good location! This house actually needs another washer/dryer, another full size refrigerator /freezer, and a large offset patio umbrella for the pool area.

Rental company pleasant & easy to work with. Everything was just as listed/pictured. Decor was very nice and comfortable, with spacious living area. Kitchen well stocked. The little bath/kitchen essential packs were nice. Simple sunlight blocking draperies for sliding doors would be nice (we had teenager who chose to sleep on sofa). First time we've had a private pool, and the kiddos loved it! Our family of 19, ages 8-63 had a great time and hope to vacation here again!

This was the perfect house for our 14 family get together. The home is beautiful. We love the location to the beach. It was our 3rd time to stay in this home and we made so many wonderful memories again.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. Furniture all very comfortable. For a house that holds that many people out really should have 2 fridges and a bigger dishwasher. And my grandkids said a house named flamingo should be pink not yellow. Situated perfectly near the beach access. Some deferred maintenance. We had to change the air duct filters- they were caked. And the AC stopped and required cleaning while we were there. But overall a VERY comfortable and convenient vacation stay. We would definitely book again.

Great location!
What a gorgeous beach house! A few steps away from the beach, half a mile from restaurants, and far enough away from any nightlife noise. Loved my stay here! I can tell the owner(s) take pride in this home.

Amazing Trip!
Had a wonderful time in this house. Beach access is directly across the street. The pool is great, and the house is nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything cooks need. The Surfside pier and several bars/restaurants are within walking distance. I loved walking along the beach to dinner with live music. Great little neighborhood—perfect for relaxing.

Our family has been staying at this home for quite some time. We absolutely love it there. However, the constant price increases year after year are becoming unjustified. The appliances (stove, tv’s) are outdated. There have been some new updates (some flooring and decor), but we are not sure it is worth the drastic price increase we have seen the last few years.

We love this house. It is spacious and the pool is wonderful. We do wish it had some new appliances. The stove is not in great shape along with the coffee machine. It is a beautiful home and we love staying there.

This is the second time my family of 15 ( children and grandchildren) have stayed at this property. It is a perfect location and space for our family. We love Surfside and this home. It is clean and very comfortable. There are a few upgrades they could make. For instance better tvs but we were there for the beach and great family time. Also the blinds in 3rd floor bedroom need replaced. There is nothing that wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Great vacation experience.

This was our first trip to SC and we traveled with another family and wanted to ensure we had enough space. The flamingo was everything we could have wanted and more. Location was perfect with a peek a boo view of the waves, super convenient beach access, and a pool for when you want to relax and float. House was clean, well kept, and exactly like the pictures. Nice appliances and plenty of kitchen tools were a nice bonus! Also, I forgot a few things when we left and the property management company helped find them, and shipped them to us.

Beautiful home, great location. Very close to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. Cleaning good have been better, looks like one of the bedrooms was not cleaned.
