Sea Master 204

We had a good time. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony to see the beach and ocean. Wish they shorter chairs to sit in for my mom. Also the box springs on the bed in the room closest to door creaked every time you moved. We had a good time though, except the last night. When we had no water due to a leak some where on that side of the building. Definitely will look in to staying there again in the future.

view was great for side rental, no complaints there. deck furniture was very uncomfortable and old, needs to be replaced. Otherwise very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Master! The condo was clean and neat, and had all of the basic necessities. We will definitely stay again!

This was a working vaction for me, and an all day surf for my husband. Of course check in was smoothe and easy and so pleasant. Per the usual, this unit did not disappoint. The view was spectacular, and the table/seating set up was awesome. The seating was comfortable and made working during the day easy-even hardwired. The internet speed was top notch which can be important for some. We loved having the small movie collection there, and felt that was a great touch. The beds are very comfortable, which is highly important to us. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils. The icemaker in the freezer worked perfectly and highly appreciated. The parking was adequate. You can tell the condo owners took care to ensure enough parking was available. For those with two vehicles, the parking bays are deep enough to put 2 large vehicles in and overflow parking is on the other side of the beach access so your vehicle is stil realtively close. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would absolutely stay here again!

The furniture a little smelly & old, but with a bottle of febreeze took care of that. I never knew why they put fabric furniture in rental's, with all the sweat & wet bathing suit's.

I love the view from the balcony. This was a good place to just relax and enjoy each day. I generally don’t care for fancy beach places because I want just what this was, a comfortable, laid back atmosphere that you don’t have to worry about breaking anything or constantly cleaning it. The pool was great, And thanks for the beautiful weather all week. I also like the flooring in the living area.

We had a great 14 days in this unit. Although being short in stature I found the table and chairs very uncomfortable. Also drying machines in hallway need either replacing or fixing. I lost money on that one and dryer by elevator never got warm, so I lost money there also.

The condo was comfortable and clean. Loved the pool! We really enjoyed the view from the balcony!! Bathrooms could use a little updating. I’d stay here again!

The condo had everything we needed for a fast little get away! Being on the beach made it so great. The patio staring at the ocean was my favorite part. The beds could be updated or had some type of mattress pad. My only concern was the shower. The plastic piece on the shower head made it guard for the water to come out properly but overall I would say I would definitely rent this unit again.

Over all the experience was great. You cannot beat this location. Love watching the sunrise from the balcony. . The kitchen upgrade is awesome . The new flooring is beautiful. The bedroom flooring definitely needs upgraded . Compared to another condo the bath needs updated. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our time , very relaxing and would rent again.

The kitchen has been updated, and has all the necessities. The master bed is very comfortable! The guest bed is quite firm and squeaky, could stand to be replaced. The view is great, I definitely recommend this place. I would stay here again.

The condo was very nice and had everything that you could need in the kitchen. Location was fantastic, from the view of the beach to being right by the elevator which made unloading & loading a breeze. Personally, I thought the beds were comfortable and the place was nicely decorated.

Sea Master 204 was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful--especially looking out to see the sun rise. The condition of the bathrooms--could use some updating. I would stay at Sea Master 204 again.

My family and I enjoyed a great week in Garden City !!! We just love the beach and the family atmosphere in Garden City. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The pool area was so nice and the beach so accessible. !! Great place for a family vacation !!

The condo was very nice and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the decor was very cute and "beachy". The bathrooms could've used a little extra deep cleaning as there was mold/mildew on the floor baseboards. We also noticed that it wasn't cleaned the best upon our arrival. The wood floors were dirty- we found a mop and cleaned it which made a huge difference. Overall, we had a great time and it was a nice "home-away from home."

Love this condo...love the lighthouse decor. The only problem was the microwave stopped working in the middle of cooking breakfast one morning. Not sure if it got overheated, but had to give it a break for about 30 mins. It did start working again.

The view was awesome. The condo was clean. I would suggest a few updates, replace carpet in bedrooms with laminate flooring, update the bathroom faucets (difficult to turn water on & off), replace commode/vanity in master bath with taller ones.

We stay here every year! It's clean it's oceanfront and we love it! Convenient location, it's perfect for families. Plenty of space, large kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms and large balcony with breathtaking views. Elevator, park under building, large pool area.

We arrived to rental office and it was packed we were in line for only minutes and received our key and we off to our condo we went
We were very pleased when we walked in the condo
It was clean and ready for us to enjoy
We had the max staying with us and even though the condo is not huge we were very comfortable
This condo is convenient to everything the only thing I will do different next year is rent a golf cart

Condo was very roomy and clean. Close to pier and shopping. Has overflow parking and a great pool. Beach is closer than in the picture. Kitchen is well stocked, and TV in each room is great if you have children. Quite place to stay.

Our Garden City Rental was wonderful. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the condo was very nicely decorated and just the right size, and the beach is even closer than it appears in the picture. Garden City Realty even called us ahead of time to inform of us of a minor issue that was corrected before we got there. They earned our trust.
