Overall the condo was excellent, good location, good views and well laid out. Our only complaint would be the front door is extremely hard to open. The door sticks really bad. Also in the master bedroom, the folding door going into the bathroom kept coming out of it's track. Other than that, the unit was very pleasant and well kept.

just got back home from a blissful week in MB. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the beach. I would say it was perfect - condo was very nice, maybe a little too much furniture & personal stuff but more than manageable. All in all very clean but I hope the cleaning staff will check for burned out lights & change the shower curtain liners. Definitely nothing to keep us from staying here again next year.

Very relaxing! Had great room right on the ocean.
The condominium Is very secure and safety was never a concern. Other guests and some owners were willing to engage in conversation which provided us with a welcoming atmosphere.
My wife and I recommend this unit to a small family of no more than 2 children. If we return we will include this unit in our list of condos to consider renting.

This condo fit our needs and provided us the escape from the cold that we left behind in the north country. The location is within a 15 minute walk to the Conch Cafe, a local beach restaurant that has a reasonably priced menu. If you are a traveler who prefers to cook your own dinners then you are in luck. The kitchen is over stocked with pans and dishes enabling you to get fresh seafood at a local seafood market and cook it in the well stocked kitchen. Keep in mind that there is t much room in the cupboards for food.

Overall this condo is a outstanding choice. Security of the building is outstanding as is the Maintenance. The condo is nice having tile floors rather than carpeting. It would be nice for guests to have space to store grocery's as all cabinet's are full. The water pressure in the bath rooms is extremely low making brushing of teeth and washing almost impossible. The couch is beautiful but very uncomfortable as it's the only place to sit in the living area. When we arrived the cords for the tv and dvd player were all disconnected. I was able to get the tv to work but left the DVD player unattached ? Bring hangers for the bedroom closets. Overall this is a very well stocked unit and decorated and maintained very nicely. I plan on staying again and highly recommend this unity.

One safety concern we had was the use of a touchpad lock for the entry door. Assuming the code is not changed weekly, and since it is written on the key chain in marker, I assume its not, anyone who has stayed in the unit could gain entry at any time. The only other issue we noted was that the owners have excessive personal storage space in the unit.Having stayed in a dozen or so units over the years of coming to Garden City this unit had by far the most personal storage set aside for the owner I have seen.
Its fair to say that none of the concerns diminished our stay, and are noted for the owners as possible ways to improve the unit.

We have stayed in several units in Horizon East in the past, and this one was overall as nice as any other we have experienced. The fact it was 3rd floor away from the pool was definitely a positive, as it was low but still private. The furnishings were tasteful, but there was too much going on. There are a lot of small tables, chairs, and nick nacks that take up too much valuable floor space and make the unit seem a bit small. As the unit only sleeps 4, the kitchen table is over sized as well as seating for more than 4 is a waste. Despite the concerns, the furnishing are very nice quality.

My family and I really had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. Felt like a home away from home.

Really enjoyed this condo. Perfect location. Only complaint is that there is NO room for renters to store food in the kitchen cupboards.

Nice unit. Two king bedrooms, best suited for adults. Complete kitchen but with too many dishes, glasses, etc. - no room for groceries, etc., had them on the counters. Some minor maintenance issues (vent fan in master bath out of order, water hammer sound somewhere). Parking near full in February; must be a challenge in season.

When we first arrived at Garden City Realty, the person at the counter was very attentive and handled all our needs. We were given door combinations and pass keys for the outer doors of the building. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the internet, i.e., very bright, cheerful and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised at the dishes and cooking utensils available. Loved the King size beds, reclining chairs and availability of washer and Dryer in the condo. We were able to take in many beautiful sun rises, 2 shows at the Palace Theatre and daily walks on the beach. The off site dining was exceptional at the local restaurants at both Murrells Inlet and Boardwalk at the Beach. My wife enjoys a clean home and was a bit disappointed with the floor cleanliness. Specifically, she had to sweep and re-mop the floors through out to remove sand and other dirt. In all fairness, we did not move the furniture or beds, but, they need to be moved and cleaned under. I will admit my wife is a clean freak, so, when I give you this critique, it is to a very high standard. Overall, make no mistake about it, we were very pleased with our stay at Horizon East, Room 302 and hope to come back next year.

The condo was a great home away from home. The space was well furnished and equipped with anything you would need. A wonderful view for your beach heaven stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses were a little hard. The kitchen was spacious but there were no empty cabinets for guest to use. The location was great.

We experienced a relaxing and comfortable stay at the property. This was our 8th time in the last 9 years renting from G-City Realty. We will be back again next year!

Great security in this complex, and care taken to maintaining the grounds. Everything you need in terms of kitchenware may be found in this condo. Terrific new sliding window with moveable screens - lovely views! As previously mentioned, the living area sofa, with its three reclining sections, is so relaxing. Plenty of room for our extended family to enjoy a shrimp boil together in comfort.

Great condo, had everything we needed. Living room furniture was very comfortable. The beds were awfully firm, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the accommodations.

Had a great time. The condo was very nice just needed a little more cabinet space in the kitchen. But everything else was beautiful.
