Good overall, Stayed here several times...Only concerns were we had a few roaches this time. King mattress in rear bedroom toward canal may need to be replaced went home with back ache.

Easy online info...Easy check in/check out process..The house could use some maintenance...Front and rear entry doors were a bear to open and close...Really liked the keyless feature and especially for check in and check out...HVAC was great....Plenty outdoor chairs..Kitchen could use a little updating...outside showers need maintenance big time...No hose to rinse off sand...plumbing fixtures either don’t work or very little water comes out...

We just returned from what has become our annual trip to Garden City,SC. We have spent our vacation for the past four years at the Surfmaster Condominiums. We have been very satisfied with the unit. It's always well kept and clean. The only thing that I would suggest is the kitchen furnishings could be updated (it didn't bother us because we don't cook anyway, but another person might feel differently). When we go on vacation we like to eat out at the many good restaurants in the area. Our condo was very clean and comfort- able and we also enjoyed the new TV's. Thanks to all who had a part in making our stay very enjoyable. We hope to see you again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Master 1110. The location was excellent. The view from the balcony was great. The unit was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the pin code to access the unit. We were unable to get in the unit when we arrived and then the code would change every 2 days. We had to keep calling Garden City Realty to get the new code.

We had a lovely time. The beach house was perfect. The house was exactly as it looked online. I loved sitting on the front porch having my morning coffee and looking at the sun rise and listening to the ocean.

Very nice unit, but we would not stay again until the 2 mattresses are replaced on the twin beds in the guest room. My one child slept on the sofa bed because it was so uncomfortable and the other child placed the 2 mattresses on top of each other. Other than that it was a good unit.

Mariposa is an excellent beach rental. This is our 2nd year staying here and plan to stay here again next year. You can't beat the location, the house nor the friendly folks at Garden City Realty!

This house has everything you need for a large family vacation! The location is fabulous, with two docks and a lovely piece of private beach. The house is clean and the two kitchens are well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kayak and paddle boards were so fun! Loved it!

in general everything was ok, we did have a curtain torn down that you guys worked but could not fix, you had to bring remotes for 2 of the TV's , the patio furniture needs a table + upgrade

We loved being close to the pier. We could attach our swings underneath and be in the shade and still enjoy the ocean.

I enjoyed my stay at the Afterdeck. It was very clean and in a great location. The only thing that would have made it better would be additional pool seating.
