We did enjoy our stay in 308. I kinda was clean and had all the amenities listed. I would recommend the owners provide additional pillows for the beds. If you plan on using the sofa bed, there are no pillows for it and only sheets. The shower and the master bedroom is very small and the set up of the showerhead is so that you have to stand against the back wall to shower. I would also recommend taking the broken wooden picture off the wall on the screened in porch. Right now it’s just hanging there ready to fall off.

The Salty Dog was the perfect space for our family getaway. Located close to the pier and a short drive to the marshwalk, this was a great spot on the beach. The kitchen was the best stocked rental we’ve stayed at, and the house was clean and newly renovated. There was a small ant problem and they sent pest control the next day. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the two living spaces, along with the large deck and plenty of furniture. We look forward to booking this home again and appreciate that this property came so well stocked! The only thing that would make this home better is a vacuum to maintain cleanliness throughout the week!

I enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s in a great location. It was clean. Lots of ceilings fans in the place. It was a great experience! The only downside is that the road it’s on is pretty noisy. But it’s tolerable.

Along with easy access to the beach, we spent alot of time on the dock and back porch, which was very spacious and had plenty of seating. It's a great house for spending time together while offering space for some quite time, as well

I have been staying in condo 206 for 10 plus years sometimes once or twice a year. I appreciate all the updates they have done since last year. My stay this time was wonderful the only negative I have to say about condo 206 is they really need to put at the top of their list to redo the bathtub it feels like you could fall through at any time. Other than the bathtub the stay was wonderful. Garden City realtor are easy to work with always very polite.

We love this property and try to stay here whenever we can. Coming to the same place year after year makes it feel like our second home. The location is great the building and condo are amazing. This year the box spring I. The master was broken. Not a lot to be done but not super comfortable. However, I know that Garden City Rentals will fix it quickly and it won’t be an issue next year. They are kind and responsive

Our second year here. The layout and amenities of the house are excellent. Enjoyed the new deck furniture, kitchen appliances and, as always, the pool. Would humbly request new living room furniture.

Had a great stay at Gaga and Papa’s Beach Palace. House was in a quiet cul de sac. It was located within minutes of the best restaurants around. The only thing that could have improved the stay would be if all the bedrooms had a tv .

Great location right on the beach! Great place for a large group. Would love to see the beds upgraded to king beds . The bunk room was great and the ground floor bedroom and bathroom was nice would be better with a king bed. Loved the openness of the house and the decks are great.
