Good location near the beach.If staying for a long period of time there was no place to put the groceries we bought. No mop to clean floors.Sheets did not fit the king bed.

No complaints! The house was clean and smelled refreshing. We had everything we needed for our stay. Garden City Realty acted quickly when ants decided they wanted to stay cool in the kitchen. They sent someone out and the problem was resolved immediately. Didn’t see any more ants during our stay.

Rented entire month of Feb. Trip delayed 3 days due to "worst snow storm in area in decade." Apt smaller than expected, about the size of a lg size camper trailer. Apt clean and neat. Apt dated but appliances newer. Only cold water for wash machine. If elderly or slightly handicapped, highly recommend you look for a place with an elevator. We purchased cockroach traps after spotting a few in the apt. Realty would have sprayed if we had asked. Grandson & parents visited for weekend. They were not allowed to park at apt although 15+ spaces were open in lot the entire weekend! Great location, not as busy as Myrtle Beach. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Would recommend that you check with your own insurance company before purchasing the useless travel insurance offered by the Realty.

Love the view of ocean. Coming back next year for 4 months. I had to purchase items for the kitchen. Items were broken or missing. Can opener, crockpot, measure cups, coffee mug that holds a cup of coffee. Blender, teaspoons and bowls with lids. Twin fitted bottom sheet the is large enough to fit mattress. Hopefully these could be added for our next stay. Thanks again, for your interest. Love the new deck chairs

We’ve been staying at this property for 6 consecutive years, proximity to the beach is perfect, elevator is a must, very comfortable beds, no storage in kitchen area for food, cupboards full of unnecessary glasses, recommended changeout of buffet to some cabinetry, stove works funky, Garden City Realty was great with a few minor issues, responded within minutes, grounds are very well kept....would highly recommend property

2nd time I've stayed here. Love this little place. Neighbors are quiet, view is spectacular location is convenient. Hop skip and a jump to all of my favorite places in Murrells Inlet and the Myrtle Beach area. Awesome little place.

Columbia

This is a charming 1 BR condo. It needs a guide explaining the larger remote is for the channels and the smaller remote chooses the service.

Glen Burnie

Condo newly renovated. It’s feels very new and clean. A great view of the ocean and you don’t even have to go out on the deck for an amazing view. Parking is in a garage and no issues with finding spaces. Definitely would rent again.

Casselberry

We had a two week visit and we were comfortable with our accommodations. The view was outstanding and the balcony was used daily. Bedrooms were comfortable . Absolutely stunning kitchen and second bathroom had a great upgrade. Our only disappointment was the living room furniture and tv area. Sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable and we had issues with the tv that was “fixed” by someone from the rental company. We enjoyed all the tourist areas from Legends in Concert to both Carolina Opry and Alabama Theater to a Hobcow Barony tour . Wonderful eats too. All in all a great time was had by all!

Our stay was wonderful. Had a little trouble with the keyless entry, but it was resolved quickly. The unit is a wonderful space and the ocean view is great.

We loved Penthouse B. Everything was really nice and clean and spacious. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds The bathrooms were all recently updated and look just like the pictures. The balcony is so extra. We were able to see sunrise and sunset. This is such a nice place and we cannot wait to visit again.

The property was well maintained and clean. Only had one issue - Refrigerator needed new filter before it would make ice. Maintenance came out early the next morning and fixed it. The amenities were great, loved the deck furniture which was very important to us because we loved to sit out and watch the waves whenever we were in the place. kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. Layout was great. I will go again if it ever becomes avail able when we have time to go.

We love this unit, third stay there! The AC was so much quieter. The storage closet in the spare bedroom was cleaned out and organized. Our ice maker was not working and Garden City responded very quickly, a new part was ordered and installed. The area rug in the living area should be replaced and the lounges on the balcony should be removed. The view is amazing!
