The house is beautiful with every creature comfort you need right where you need it including an awesome deck with lots of seating yards from the water. Love the open layout for family time, lots of seating inside and comfy beds. Highly recommend!

This house was wonderful! As a local who moved away 5 years ago, I was looking for a space where my family that is local to the area could come by and spend time with me during my vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. We love a pet friendly stay and my 3 year old lab had the best time running around in the backyard. We had beautiful weather for our pool days and spent most of our time here. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2026. Very clean with easy access to the unit. Just a few hundred feet from the pool and beach. Loved it!

Condo was nice , check in check out procedures very easy. The master bed was ok but not too comfortable. The couch was not comfortable. TV instructions would be helpful we couldn't find network channels and we have a roku tv at home. Plenty of dishes but no place to store anything you brought and a pitcher would be nice. The table and chairs on the balcony were good, some softer patio furniture would be nice. This unit is almost across from the elevator but we never heard any noise although it was not a busy time. We had a very nice stay and overall the unit is good.

We enjoyed our stay at 305 - only issues we had was master bedroom sliding door would not open but maintenance was called and had it working in no time. Also, more than 2 rolls of tp are normally used for a week stay but housekeeping brought 2 more promptly. Overall was very well pleased with our vacation.

Had a wonderful stay at the Salty Seagull . They did a beautiful job with the remodel . Furnishings are beautiful . Well established kitchen and nice outdoor areas . Rght across from beach access . Would definitely stay again !

Only “negative” was only 2 tv remotes worked.

Bathrooms could use a paint job but really nice unit overall.

Our stay was great like years past at Atalaya. This our 2nd time renting this condo and it is our favorite so far. It’s well maintained, has lots of cooking tools and utensils, and ample space! We will stay here again!
