Great condo, We would definitely stay again. We had to contact Garden city realty regarding the entry. Within 15 minutes they had someone out to replace the door lock.

We enjoyed the condo and our overall experience. The condo was nicely furnished however the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of updates. The kitchen counter has knicks in it causing it to "look dirty". The bathrooms also need to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The table and chairs on the deck were rusted and we were not able to sit on them.

The unit was clean up to date and in a nice location. The complex itself is very well managed and maintained. Would recommend One Ocean Place anytime.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Townes One so much we will definitely return. The place was well maintained and clean. The linens and towels were clean and wrapped in sets. The location was ideal and the beach gear included was a great bonus. I especially liked the decor and furnishings. It was a very calm and peaceful place to stay. Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Any questions etc. they were on it right away. We had a great vacation and look forward to visiting again and using Garden City Realty. Thanks Pam!

Everything was good. Clean, helpful staff. Request for pool cleaning, step area repair handled very quickly. One main complaint, BEDS are bad and actually were the last time we stayed. The master sinks on the side near bathroom. This definitely affects you sleep. Otherwise nice place

Super easy rental process. Great helpful customer service. House is spectacular. We had both units with 11 people.

Only concern is most rooms need new mattress. Beds very uncomfortable as mattressess are clearly worn out

Great condo that has been updated. Good location on beach, near restaurants, etc. Biggest issue was we set up our Shibumi/cabana on the beach the first day and beach patrol (police) told us to remove them or face $500 fine and/or 30 days in jail. Apparently Horry County does not allow them on the beach. They are allowed on every other beach I am aware of. Of course you could rent chairs/umbrella for $45/day from Horry County approved vendor, or you had to walk ~200 yards up the beach to cross the line into Surfside and set up everything there, which defeats the purpose of the great condo location. Garden City needs to clearly state this regulation in their condo ads so renters are not surprised and can plan in advance.

Condo was extremely nice. Beds comfy. Nice furniture,, good shower head. Loved being actually steps from the beach. The only issue is that the balcony felt very unsafe. It’s sagging, built with 4x4 posts. The entire building needs to update with 6x6 support beams. Otherwise; it’s a great place.

This is a nicely redone condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay except the beds, which slept hot due to the vinyl mattress cover. Please remove those.
