Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

Great location!! Everything you need including a view of the ocean! The property was clean, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for the nights you'd rather cook than go out to eat.

Another great time in a great place. It was a pleasant surprise to have new porch furniture, new washer, new cook set, new silverware and new mattresses.
So appreciative of such details and the overall care of this unit. I can't imagine what you will do next year, but I can hardly wait.

We enjoyed our month at OOP 1005 very much. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the master bath renovation (with the exception of renovation dust residue under the bed in the master bedroom) - the new shower is wonderful. We have appreciated the improvements/upgrades that have occured since we started renting 1005. We love the space and the view. However, as we have noted previously, the living room furnture is exhausted - it is not getting "off" the couch, it is rather a matter of getting "out of" the couch. Other than that, we were happy and pleased with the condo.

Booking and checking in with Garden City Realty was flawless, and they answered any questions we needed promptly. The condo was clean and comfortable and of course the view is amazing. We suggest that the mattress is close to being replaced and the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay in 1209, and would return.

My sister and I stayed at One Ocean Place for 2 weeks in April. The condo was tastefully decorated, appliances all worked and it was cleaner than most! Absolutely wonderful sunrise views and up and down the beach.
We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

This is our second year at Beach House 317. We love to watch the sun rise and sit on the porch and watch the ocean. The condo has a well stocked kitchen and we like that there is no carpeting on the floors. We love to walk on the beach and it is an easy walk to the Garden City Pier. We have also found the owner and management company to be very responsive when needed. We would recommend this place to others.

We were very satisfied with Surf Master unit 803.Very clean and very well equipped.
We only had one issue. The door lock sticks once the entry code is entered.

Enjoyed our stay at Atalaya Tower. We did have problems with high winds whistling through and around the entrance door. Very clean and roomy for 4 adults.

generally it was a relaxing time for us. we had a severe storm with heavy rain and wind that did cause some water issues. however, it was overall a good time.

Nice place, very clean side.
The yard area around the grills was a mess with pilled up sticks and still heavily covered in fall winter 23’ leaves.
Most importantly, the digital door locks did not function properly. Garden City Realty sent someone over quickly for a reset and they started working properly. Two hours later, they stopped working again. We just left the doors unlock for the weekend to avoid the hassle.
Over all a nice place. 4 stars!

Surf Master unit #412 was very nice. It has been recently updated. The kitchen area was well stocked and met all of our needs. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable. During our stay, the balcony ceiling sustained damage during a storm. I contacted the after hours staff who responded immediately and had the problem cleaned up in less than 1 hour. The onsite maintenance staff followed up with us the next morning to determine if any further clean up was required.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity rent this unit again next year.
