Nice house in a great location. Short walk to beach but yet the area was so quiet I couldn’t believe how quiet. Only complaint of my stay is need curtains in bedrooms blinds don’t block out street lights. But will definitely stay again one of best houses we stayed at in garden city/ surfside area.

Was sad when found out old house was gone , as it was a really charming home . New Marsh Oak did not disappoint . House was lovely . The porches were nice and deep , the reason we rent here , THE BEST VIEW OF THE MARSH . We really enjoyed the gazebo and dock area with the kayaks and the grandkids made good use of the cornhole . New outdoor grill area was a plus . Wasn't the first and definitely not our last stay there !

We had a wonderful week at One Ocean Place unit 306. We have stayed here several years and have booked for next year. The balcony and the view is a dream view and spot to sit. The condo is beautiful. Garden City Realty is always helpful for whatever your needs.

We enjoyed the entire week in this beach condo. Views were spectacular and the cleanliness was very welcoming. Very spacious balcony in which we gathered each night. Convenient to Conch Cafe , beach and pool. Beautiful inside and appliances worked well. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will come again.

We loved Southwind 2!! It is so cute & clean & just perfect!! The pool is beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach, shopping, the pier, the arcade & restaurants!! It is the best pet friendly vacation rental we have ever stayed in!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!!

We only had one tiny issue....thanks to a very rainy day, the pool got mud & sand in it & their were these little ant like bugs with wings that covered the entire pool!! One quick call to the realty company & it was sparkling clean within the hour!! We were so thankful!!

There was a sweet little mama dove who built a nest on the front porch & her sweet babies somehow fell out of their nest, our fur baby alerted us to the babies & after googling what to do, we had the nest & babies back with their mama!! The next morning the sweet mama bird was nestled on her babies & looked completely content!!

The neighborhood is quiet & the neighbors are very nice. A lot of the homes are being renovated but there was no excessive noise nor trucks in the area.

We will definitely be booking for next year & several of our friends have asked for the rental info so they can also vacation at this perfect home!!

We had a great time. The property was a great value when compared to the cost of others. It was very clean. The cleaning staff was still there when we checked in and though I offered a monetary tip, she refused. I appreciate her integrity. The view is wonderful from the deck and the porch. The furniture was quite adequate and in good condition. Upon our arrival inspection, we saw several nails protruding on the decking steps and we reported that to Garden City Realty. It was repaired immediately. Overall, we all were very satisfied and will use Garden City Realty again. For the negatives - this property needs updated, especially the electric. You cannot run the toaster, and microwave while the refrigerator is running. All of this is on a single 20amp circuit when the refrigerator itself should be on a single circuit. Though the air conditioning appears new, we were advised to not turn it below 72 or it would freeze up. That is a sign of something not being right and 72 is a bit warm for sleeping for many of us. Also, the bedrooms always seemed a bit damp as the a/c was not cycling enough to pull out the moisture. There are two zones for the thermostats and they act in opposition to each other as they are in the same space. The a/c deck needs some sound insulation for the adjoiniong bedrooms. The bathroom condition was somwhat less thanwhat we expected such as the caulking, age of fixture etc.The beds need new mattresses as our was a series of mattress pads. Still, those annoyances did not dampen our stay. I recommend Garden City Realty and the Shangri-la.
