As an owner of 551 South Waccamaw Dr., “Summer Breeze,” I can say that Garden City Realty is first class. The two Ashley‘s are very helpful, and very nice which with to work. The maintenance and housekeeping team are also very good and very prompt when in need. I have other rental properties in North Myrtle Beach, and I can say that the agencies handling them are not as professional, nor are they as prompt in handling your problems as Garden City Realty.

Frances and I built our beach house in Garden City Beach in 1976. While the house was under construction, we engaged Garden City Realty to list the house for rent that summer. Garden City Realty was successful in having tenants lined up as soon as the house was completed. The house was completed on the day our youngest daughter was born. At that time we had a family of three young children. Since that time we continued with successful summer rentals.
