We found this house a couple years ago and it's a perfect place for our extended family of 14. Every couple (6) has their own space and the common space is ample and situated away from the bedrooms. The pool area is nice and we have most of our meals out by the pool each night. Nice yard for playing games in the evening. And the view of the marsh behind the house is spectacular! We feel like we're the only ones around. Plan to continue coming to this home for our Family Beach Vacation each year!

Love the waters edge complex as have stayed in other units before. This unit nice enough but biggest issue on the balcony furniture. Dirty plastic chairs with 1 broken and stowed in the corner. I called prior to stay inquiring about number of chairs on the balcony as I could’ve brought my own but no one could get an answer on that.

This was our first family vacation. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Mariposa is a beautiful home and it was more than accommodating for my family. The five boy cousins were tucked away in their "wing" with their own bathroom. My granddaughter loved her room and private bath. Three bedrooms over looking the ocean was heaven. The kitchen was perfect. My sons were the chefs and had more than enough room. Being on the ocean was amazing. We are ocean, water people and being on the ocean was the best. Just walk down, take a dip and come home to relax in the pool or hot tub. The grandkids all want to do this again next year. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was not working properly and we needed a few service calls before the problem was resolved,

A truly lovely vacation home with all the amenities needed to make for a very enjoyable stay.
The home was comfortable, clean, and perfect in so many ways including the location and proximity to what the area offers.
It was so nice that it was hard to leave this very well maintained home-- it is certain that a return visit is in the future!

This house was perfect for our family. The location was very close to the pier and Garden City restaurants and there was ample space in bedrooms and bathrooms for us. There was a lot of noise from the pier, but that did not bother us.

Since we were arriving off-season, the management was very helpful in arranging our stay from Thursday to Thursday rather than the normal Saturday to Saturday.
