This condo is the greatest. It is tastefully decorated, well equipped, has great renovations and is steps from the ocean. I woke up every morning to a view of the sea from my bedroom window. I couldn’t have asked for more.

i have stayed at the Beach House several times and really like the complex. The unit that I had this time was clean and maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that I needed. I was actually booked at a different condo complex however due to construction delays it would have been very difficult for me to be able to get to the beach. When I called Garden City Realty the manager could not have been better to work with. He immediatly changed me to this unit and it was great.

The negative was in reference to the pool...water was too cold...they had to order a new pump which took a month. It was the same problem they had last year.

This is the second year that we have rented this property. The property is a great vacation spot. The biggest disappointment was the linen service. Some of the linens provided did not match the beds. Some linens labeled as king were actually queen. The same errors that were made last year. This service is not optional but it should be. I would definitely opt to provide our own linens. The keyless check in and check out process is a big improvement.

The condo was wonderful, I was planning on taking my mother to the beach, but she passed away in July so I invited a friend to come with my husband and I. She loved it.

We LOVED our stay at Beach Treat. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch at night. The only 2 drawbacks that we have are that it majorly floods under the house when it rains and the master bedroom was extremely warm, so much so that we had to go purchase a fan to be able to sleep in there. Other than those things, we loved it!!! Great place to make memories with our family!

We had a great week-long stay at this unit. The house was exactly as described and pictured in photos. Clean, and well decorated, kitchen was appropriately stocked with essentials, the full size washer and dryer was perfect for keeping up with our laundry. The couches and beds were very comfortable. And everyone, kids and adults loved the game table! The pool was wonderful, it was a great size and well maintained. There was a man out cleaning it every morning. Plenty of parking under the house and space for all the beach gear. The only thing that would have made it better for us with having 2 families and 4 boys, would be if the 3rd bedroom had 2 sets of bunks, rather than the twin over double bunk and twin sofa bed...the boys didn't want to share beds so 1 slept on the couch the whole week, but he didn't mind because it was very comfortable. We were worried about the location being directly across from 2 hotels, but accessing the beach was easy and there was plenty of room for a great spot. There was one day the AC struggled to keep up but it was almost 110 that day, the rest of the time the AC was perfect. Overall, great location, well updated and decorated and comfortable home. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We love the location being less crowded than closer to the pier. This is our 3rd time staying at this complex and we will probably book it again. The 3F unit was nice - nice furniture and supplies. Wireless internet was easy to access. There were some nice touches like toilet paper and soap supplied and the linens were placed in each room. My only suggestion would be to build the walkway to the beach a little farther out. It can be tough to walk across so much hot sand, especially when lugging chairs, towels, etc.

Our group of 4 adults (2 couples) truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Good condition and nice view! We had everything we needed.. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Florence. :( Thanks to the rental company for the partial refund!
