The vacation rental was is a great location. The view of the ocean and the breeze from the ocean made relaxing in a rocker on the deck very enjoybale for reading a book. The house was clean but in need of some painting both inside and out. I do hope this can be remedied during the off season. My family enjoyed our vacation and will return in the future.

We have stayed in this same condo numerous times and have always loved it and hated to leave. It is close enough to all attractions yet far enough away to avoid the congestion.
My wife and I joke to each other saying we would buy it if we could. My only wish is that there was a recyclable pick up at the location but other than that we love it. We plan to be back next year too.

Condo is very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were happy that the TV's were updated to flat screens before we got here. Only complaints were a large lamp over the sofa did not work, an electric can opener did not work and we would have liked a walk in shower rather than the Jacuzzi/shower unit. Unit was quiet and we loved the balcony! Description of unit was accurate and was updated when new TV's were added. Favorite restaurants were Angelo's and Thorny's.

As always Marlin Quay is a delightful place to stay - great location, beautiful views, and secure property. Winter temperatures arrived at the coast. The A/C appeared to have malfunctioned and initially we had no heat in the condo. After calling Garden City Realty, David responded quickly to the condo. Repair service was called. David, Kathy, and others kept in touch with repair updates. Re-location to another property was avoided. MQ 508 is lovely and very spacious. We hope to return. Be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens. Sunday Brunch at Gulfstream Cafe is wonderful but make reservations !

We were very happy with our choice to stay at the Surfmaster 1010. The unit was as described and in perfect order. We were there because of a baseball tournament so we found the in unit washer and dryer invaluable. Great View of Course from the unit! Hardly a wait for the elevators and the parking was not a problem at all which was a nice surprise because we have had troubles in the past at other Condos trying to find a place for our Crew Cab pick up.

The one thing we found very bothersome was each night about 930pm other guests had started there very own fireworks displays until at least 11pm. Im talking morters exploding right off your balcony here, not firecrackers and sparklers. Very annoying.

We had a wonderful vacation with some of our family at this beach house. The weather was great,food was wnderful and the water was warm...can't ask for any more than that. Hope to go again next year. We have rented several years from Garden City Realty and will do it again.

This is our third summer staying at Surf Master 106. We reserve it for a 5 night stay. Our condo was ready when expected, clean, great parking, nice family atmosphere. Grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants are all within 2 miles of the condo. The view is to die for... First floor balcony facing the ocean. A lifeguard was stationed from 9 to 5 directly in front of this condo.

Murrells Inlet

Cozy Coastal was a comfortable and convenient gathering spot for family members and wedding party
during our daughter's wedding weekend at Wachesaw.

The condo was very clean, decorated beautifully, & the bed was sooooo comfortable to sleep on. Of course, the balcony offered a spectacular view of the ocean which we enjoyed immensely. Undercover parking for our car was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first year staying in the Ir house in Garden City and we loved it! We had 11 people and it was plenty of room for us all! The front and back decks were fantastic and I was able to even sit out during a rain storm under the tin roof section! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! And the beach access and inlet were wonderful!!

Family vacation this year was absolutely great. Thanks to the owners and Garden City Realty for making Sunspree available. The house was large enough to afford everyone their own "space" when needed but, at the same time, everyone could gather together for meals and board games, as well as fellowship together. The pool area was perfect for meals together. Our dad/granddad enjoyed the freedom to go outside and enjoy the beautiful yard because he did not have the challenge of a flight of stairs. It was obvious the owners took pride in their beach home. We appreciate their willingness to share with others! Our compliments to Garden City Realty for making the process of checking in and checking out so easy.
