We really liked the convenience being on the first floor and having a locked balcony. Modern decor, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Only recommendation is have larger beds in second bedroom. Beds seems to be bunk bed size, smaller than standard twins,so not adequate for adults' comfort in your group, could use full or standard twins instead.

We’ve been staying at Pooh’s Corner twice a year for probably 10 years.Loveeverything about it but wish they would update the TV in the main room-can hardly see it. TVs now pretty cheap too,! -Ken Cutler-

we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very well appointed . We would have liked to be a little closer to the peir , because we like to walk to Garden City at night, a mile is just a little long for us because my husband has a handicap. the other item was the third bedroom did not have a single king bed and the queen in that room was quite uncomfortible. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed our visit

We stayed at Beach House 317 the week of 3/28 and had a very nice time. The unit is decorated beautifully and well maintained. This is the third time we have stayed at Beach House and this unit was our favorite to date.

We are never disappointed in our accommodations at Surfmaster. This was our third time in Unit 606. Clean and beautifully decorated. Felt very safe in midst of COVID. If there is a negative, it would be the WiFi stability. It’s not consistent. If you have unlimited data you’re ok.

We really like the location. As always its quiet way south of the pier. Our only problem with the property was not enough TV's and there was alot of dust on the furniture in the bedrooms. Also sand on the floors in the two bedrooms down stairs. I mention this because my sister has allergies. Other than that the property had a well equiped kitchen. We cook alot. All and all we had a great vacation. Thank you Garden City Realty. We will be back next year!

This place was thee nicest we have ever stayed in n we've been goin to myrtle for 25 yrs. the property was clean, nice, n staff was great. The condo was gorgeous. The pictures do it no justice. The owners have thought of every item u could possibly need on your vacation. You only need to bring yourself. Nicest, cleanest, comfiest condo on the beach. You wont be disappointed. Also, the room room was spotless for our arrival which never happens. Usually staff is in a hurry to get to next property to clean. This was immaculate!!! Best condo on the beach!!!!

Everything was very clean execpt for some maintance issues which did not bother us at all and I documented them so that could be fixed during non occupancy.

I have stayed at one ocean place over 10 times and visited many more of the units, but have only rented houses for the last 15 years. This was one of the best units in terms of clutter, cleanliness, decorating, balcony furniture that is actually comfortable.
Dishwasher is a throw away operating on its last legs, but it does work. Refrigerator, range, a/c all were superior. Furnace very clean, a big plus for those with allergies. I recall the water at one ocean place being sulphur smelling and we always purchased bottled water, but the water had no smell, was clear and did not taste bad, great improvement.

Location is good, short walk to our favorite restaurant, Conch Café, which used to be a lazy inexpensive place with great food, but it has been "discovered" and is crawling with business.
