They are always very need and clean and if you do have an issue they come right out. We had a small leak under the kitchen sink. We called the office he was there in about a half hour and fixed it.

The whole process was seamless. Garden City made the reservation and rental process so easy and enjoyable . The keyless entry is wonderful . They provided links to rent chairs and have groceries delivered. Our vacation started the minute we opened the door. We didn’t waste any time going to the store! The house was a lovely 4 bedroom beach home with private pool. Very happy with our stay and Garden City Realty!

My family has been vacationing at One Ocean Place for 30+ years. The location is absolute perfection with two huge pools with hot tubs directly beside beach access walkway - can't get any better that this!! Unit 210 is very nicely updated and comfortable. My only suggestion would be updating the bathroom sinks; but overall, the unit is beautiful and a perfect space! You will not regret spending time in this beautiful relaxing space.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The location and view were outstanding.We loved being within short walking distance of the pier and downtown stores. The only negatives were having a hard time finding the house in the dark and only being allowed one parking spot for two families.

The layout of the house was nice everyone had there own privacy. The only thing I would change would be to add a longer fishing pier on the inlet side with a covered deck. We have already re-booked for next year.

Very nice, clean, comfy condo! Beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice beach scene artwork too! And our Doggy was welcome. The porch was great but not in the rain! Condo was great!!
Parking a little difficult. Horry Co does not allow Shimbumis so we had to rent umbrellas which was disappointing.
