Beautiful house that felt homey and inviting. 3 bedrooms with an opportunity for a large family to stay with beds for all. The house is literally across the street from the pier and beach access. Quiet retreat for those who just want a peaceful weekend. Please note: there are a lot of stairs to get in the home and in the house as the bedrooms are all on the second level.

We had a great vacation. Location was wonderful. Layout of property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit did need some repairs. Balcony porch floor needs replaced, the kitchen sink was installed improperly and was falling out. Overall it was a nice place to stay, we had a great vacation there.

This is our 3rd yr. staying at The Surf Master. We usually stay in a 3bdrm,
Condo , this yr. we went to a 2bdrm unit. The unit itself was well kept &
clean. However, the living room furniture was not the most comfortable.
The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds that both of our children said were
Uncomfortable . Other than that , it was a nice unit and we will continue
to stay at Surf Master properties.

When my daughter turned 30, instead of a present or party, she wanted to replicate the beach experiences she had enjoyed as a child when my father would rent a beach house for the family. Although her immediate family was present, she also invited some of her friends to the vacation. This house was a pefect fit for us. The open floor plan for the kitchen and den areas invites conversation and congregation, the porches are spacious and well supplied with enough chairs for the whole group, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware for large meals. We spent the week making fancy cocktails, cooking for each other, watching the sunsets over the inlet, and playing beach games. The beach was easily accessible and the fixed and floating docks made outside recreation all the more enjoyable!

He was always responsive to us and gave us good, candid feedback on properties we viewed, which helped us to really center in on what we truly wanted. From negotiating the right offer (to help us buy in a hot market), to helping us on the back end with the actual closing process, he was great from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone looking for property at the beach.

They are always very need and clean and if you do have an issue they come right out. We had a small leak under the kitchen sink. We called the office he was there in about a half hour and fixed it.

My family and I enjoyed a perfect week at the beach. Mystic Tide rental was everything we needed: plenty of space, perfect location, wonderful amenities. We loved the pool-- We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except for a loud group that would utilize the hot tub around 2 to 3 am daily. Our master bedroom slider would not shut lock was broken and we were woken up by their loud conversations.
