Our family was very happy with our stay the week of Thanksgiving. The Boat House has a great layout. Great view of the beach from the front porch and amazing inlet view from the back porch. We had a lot of fun fishing from the dock. The location is great with a short walk to the pier, arcade, and shops. We contacted the rental management service along with maintenance for a couple of issues and they were very accommodating and corrected the issues promptly. We look forward to our next stay and would recommend to anyone.

Rocky Gap

The condo was nice, but the love seat and couch were very uncomfortable. The fabric was dirty looking, it was covered in fabric knots, and the couch was VERY worn out. You sank so far down into the couch. We had to put blankets under the cushions because the metal cut into your legs. Jackie and Maggie were so helpful and sweet to help us with a few issues in the condo. Wonderful view

A nice place to visit. My family, including in-laws, have been here two years ago and this year. We like this place over a previous location where we stayed at. The condo my wife and I stayed in was nice, the furniture was a bit 60's & 70's though and the rugs might need to be changed. The condo is right on the beach which is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our rental. It was everything that he said it would be. Very well maintained and very clean. When we checked in we had a problem with 2 of the TVs but they sent someone over quickly. Staff was friendly. We got the linen package and was very pleased with all the items they left. They had plenty of outdoor furniture.

From start till finish was a great week. THE UNIT WAS EXTREMELY clean and updated. A condo we have rented many times was closed 3 weeks prior to vacation and we had to scramble to find a place. We are glad this happened now. The reservation department was fantastic and took care of us on the first call. 5STARS

We really enjoyed our first time stay in this beachfront rental. The property was clean and had great amenities such as a well stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, etc. With covid, we cooked all of our meals in the condo. It is only a few steps to the ocean. A beautiful sunrise greets you every morning. We would definitely rent again, and recommend it to friends.
