I wanted to take my older children and grandchildren to the beach for their first time. The little ones loved the pool, first thing we done when we got there. It was a short walk to the beach which was nice. House was nice, clean,roomy and we loved how the kitchen was marked where everything was it saved us time. We love the complex. We have stayed several times here. Love the pool and the location and the ocean. The unit is quite a bit dated but overall it met our needs and we will be back. We usually stay twice a year.

There were 5 adults on this vacation. This was our second time renting this property. It is my husbands my favorite. Very clean, colorful and great place overall. Large dining room table. Complete kitchen set up with plenty of dishes, pans, etc.. We were here for bike week and stayed an extra week. We enjoyed so many activities and restaurants it would be a long list.
Garden City Realty is my favorite agency to use. Excellent customer service.

Our first trip to Surfside and our family had the best time! This rental is a short walk to the beach. Super comfy beds. The townhouse had everything we needed! Garden City was wonderful to work with, seamless check in and out process. Definitely want to come back.

This was our 2nd stay with Garden City Realty and Compass Rose 11. This however was our first 15 night stay. Everything was great. We love the location, this condo seems to really fit our style and the staff was very professional and courteous once again. There were a few maintenance issues that need attention. A piece of trim at the top of the rear stairs is sticking and catches your foot as you start down the steps and one of the stair treads part way down the steps is completely loose and sometimes slides off when you step on it. I also thought the facility was pet free. However there were 3 different dogs here during our stay. We didn't mind the dogs though.

Easy access to beach and Garden City Beach restaurants and activities. Loved the fireworks on the beach each night. Size of the house was adequate for six people and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. My only somewhat negative comment is that the house could use some updating. Even with that, it's fine for a family looking for a basic place to stay that's close to where you'd want to go.

It was nice being across the street from the beach. The bedrooms were fine. The bathrooms are a little small but okay because that's not where you spend a lot of time anyway. The covered dock was great. A really nice place for a early morning quiet time. We also spent lots of time on the front porch.

Great accomodations and great location to spend a month working from home 'away from home'. So great to realize that the unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, the sound of the surf, the fresh air, the soaring pelicans, the sunrises and sunsets were exactly as expected.

My family and I wish we would have known it was bike week! We three kids 2 and under - there were a lot of sleepless nights because of the motorcycles driving up and down the street all hours of the night. Otherwise, the house is nice. It could have been cleaned better - the tile floors were dirty. They have updated the living room furniture which looks nice and compliments the decor. Pool area is great and the location is awesome.

Buried Treasure has all the amenities and comforts of home and then some! Elevator makes unloading and packing back up so easy. Great for us seniors during week too. Private baths for everyone is wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. only complaints----furniture showing some wear and lack of bathroom rugs in all baths---Very minor! All in all a great place to spend a week. Pool a great addition to a fun stay
