Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated since some of the other posts and/or they just had a chance bad experience. Great location. Pool was cleaned daily.

Let me start by saying how great Garden City Realty is. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. The ladies in the office and the man from maintenance were great! The unit was comfortable and clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable. The floor was very nice and shiny! The carpet was clean and in great condition. The kitchen could use a few items like flatware, a new skillet, a cutting board, and a paring knife. The kitchen is equipped with a Kuerig type coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. It's a pleasure to enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony in the ocean breeze. The shower has the strongest water pressure I have EVER experienced. It was like being washed by a pressure washer!! We enjoyed our week at the beach in this unit.

Excellent, everyone had a good time and the weather could not have been better. The views were wonderful expecially the sun rise in the mornings. The only complaint would be the bed pillows should be replaced!! Kitchen was well equipped and the trouble with the air conditioner was fixed promptly. Would rent this property again.

Had a wonderful vacation and this condo is exactly as described. Beds in all rooms are comfy and has plenty of dishes to cook with. Seasider is situated between two large towers so the beach can be crowded. My daughters loved all the kids to play with, I would have loved a few less people around my chair! lol Overall, a great stay in a beautiful condo!

This is our second trip and it was as great as the first. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for a girls weekend away. The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful! We will be back again next year!

Happy with location, charm of the decor and the cleanliness of the condo. Only problem we encountered was with your parking accommodations. We brought our car ( a Hyundai Elantra) and parked it since our son was there with his SUV. We parked in a spot on the right side of the parking lot and had the paint removed from the front door handle passenger side because of other guests not being very careful. We understand patrons have kids but your slots are way too narrow. Handle on refrigerator was broken - called Crystal in maintenance and she would have sent someone to repair it but we told her it did not affect the running of the fridge we just wanted it noted.

I loved the layout of the house. Traveling with teenagers, they were able to stay in the lower level and had a sitting area where they could play their video games. Left the adults to the living area upstairs with TV.
