Well appointed house in great location. GCR responded well to some immediate issues but owner needs to address other issues such as exhaust fans in most bathrooms not working, the need for more silverware, lack of user guides on some appliances/equipment, etc. Overall this could be a five star rating with a few improvements.

A king size bed would be preferred in the master bedroom and a softer mattress in the second bedroom. The newer TVs were harder for us to understand to operate. There were a few kitchen lights out but the realty company had them fixed in no time. Overall,loved the condo.

We had a great stay at the house and appreciated the golf cart allowance as we used one all the time to get around. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything needed to cook. The pool was the perfect size for a cool down. We would use zretreat again!

We've stayed here on several occasions. We enjoy the condo, linens and check out clean up included. Our 2 boys love the pool and beach just a few steps away! We forgot a cell phone and management immediately picked it up and returned it via priority mail!

I have been a property owner for 30 years in Garden City. I have been very excited about the occupancy rate of my unit for the past four years with Garden City Realty. I cant say enough about the efficiency of the staff, their communication and the ability to resolve conflict when it occurs. Whether we are dealing with a water heater, air conditioning, or a hurricane the proactive approach they have of handling both the renter and the owner is fair, equitable and leads to long term profitable rents. Nice rental for the most part. Pretty clean and amazing views. We stayed in late September so being on the 1st floor was fine but it would be too noisy to stay that low in the busy summer time. The patio door needs replaced. It will barely slide. A small child or an elderly person would have significant trouble with it. Will definitely stay in this building again but on a higher floor next time.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It could use some updating of the kitchen and furniture. The main ceiling fan in the living room didn't work and the main back sliding door was hard to open. None of the knives were sharp enough and there wasn't a single pair of scissors! I never knew how much I missed scissors lol! But as far a comfortably, super comfy! The outdoor shower was awesome after the beach. The dock was nice as well but could use some type of shelter from the sun, we lost one beach umbrella due to wind, trying to shelter us. I would stay here again, even if the renovations aren't done. I also wish there was a washer and dryer on the property. A maintenance man came to change the air filter while we were there, super nice and humble! So was the housekeeper who came to vacuum the floors when I asked for someone to come. Southern hospitality at its finest!!

Four old women-longtime friends wanted a getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. We used the balcony a lot. Spent time catching up and laughing. The unit was clean and appropriate for our needs. It was a nice time.
