Love the location and the view from the balcony. Condo was nice. When we got there the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. I assume the renter before us just never started it. There was a stain on one of the bedspreads. Wasn’t a big deal. We just didn’t use it. All other bedding was greasy and clean. Would rent again.

My family and I wish we would have known it was bike week! We three kids 2 and under - there were a lot of sleepless nights because of the motorcycles driving up and down the street all hours of the night. Otherwise, the house is nice. It could have been cleaned better - the tile floors were dirty. They have updated the living room furniture which looks nice and compliments the decor. Pool area is great and the location is awesome.

Flip Flop Inn was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed. It made our stay so comfortable. The decor was fun and colorful. Perfect for its location. Garden City Realty was very responsive when we had several minor issues. Their prompt service was amazing. The ease of TWO beach access points was a bonus. Our dog loved the front porch and enjoyed dog and people watching. We were so thankful to find a great dog friendly rental! It is definitely a perfect location for a beach retreat.

We had a great vacation! The Metzler has everything imaginable in the kitchen as far as Appliances, utensils & dishes! House was very clean (but carpet throughout needs to be replaced (should put in wood floors) & furniture in living room could use a good cleaning. Had a problem with kitchen faucet & the owner came by & it was replaced the next day. Could use a few more chairs on upstairs deck and regular chairs under the deck by the pool!

We got to Garden City and our room wasn't ready but by three we were in the Condo. Everything was very clean, all of the employees were courteous. I am going back in September and I am staying at Sea Oaks again. I will be staying in 303 and I hope the Condo is as well as 208 was. Only problem we had was the internet. It times out quickly and we have to sign in every time we were off more than five minute. Everything else was great.

It was a wonderful week for us. Our only problem is that we could only use the balcony when my two-year-old grandson was sleeping. We were afraid if he were on the balcony, he could slip through the slats and fall three stories. Other than that, our stay was perfect!!

Love the view of ocean. Coming back next year for 4 months. I had to purchase items for the kitchen. Items were broken or missing. Can opener, crockpot, measure cups, coffee mug that holds a cup of coffee. Blender, teaspoons and bowls with lids. Twin fitted bottom sheet the is large enough to fit mattress. Hopefully these could be added for our next stay. Thanks again, for your interest. Love the new deck chairs

We love the Beach House. The location is paramount. Our last rental was the 4th different, I believe, unit we have rented. To date, we have not been dissatisfied. I hope we have the opportunity to return next year.
