great vacation for our family of 5. we all loved the room & location of the surfmaster 405. we had plenty of room for 2 rowdy boys and baby. my husband had great luck fishing from the surf. october was a great time to go. the staff was friendly, had no problems to report. check in and out was easy. beautiful views, very clean and nice only suggestions for the master bedroom would be better pillows....they were very flat. overall, we would love to return to surfmaster 405. great time had by all.

Surfmaster 904 is well maintained and nicely decorated. The living room furniture is very comfortable and attractive. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we stayed a month and cooked many meals. It might be a little deceiving to say the master bath is handicapped accessible. The only feature we noticed was a tall toilet. we would stay here again. The views of the ocean from Surfmaster can't be beat. You feel like you are on the beach!

This was our first time staying in Garden City beach.. my son was getting married close by and Jim Mel Lou was perfect for us. There is plenty of room and the porch was wonderful . We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan . We did have an issue with the upstairs shower but it was fixed quickly.

If you are looking for an affordable place with a great view, this is it! There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from the front deck, but the view on the creek side is BEAUTIFUL! For those who love to fish, just sit right on the dock and cast your rod. There is ample parking, and a beautiful deck on both the front and back for you to enjoy the sea breeze. The ocean and pier is within walking distance. 16 people can sleep comfortably. The house is quaint but charming. We hope to be back really soon!

We have stayed in this building previously but by far this unit was the best. We love Garden City and will definitely be back and will request this unit. The owners added the little touches that make it feel like a home and not a rental. The beds were one of be most comfortable I have ever slept on. The hot tub on the balcony was perfect. We had a wonderful time and loved it.

Condo was a good size for 6 people. The updated living, dining and bedrooms were very nicely updated. And comfortable. I am assuming they will be updating the bathrooms and kitchen soon.
The location was perfect, 2nd floor with a beautiful view of pool and ocean and easy access to both.
The condo needed more plates but otherwise the kitchen was equipped with all necessities.
The unit was not cleaned thoroughly because we found the closets very Sandy in all the bedrooms.
And we had an issue with the cleaning crew taking the rented beach equipment we left for pick up which was labeled by the rental company. Luckily they caught them in time, and retrieved their stuff out of the cleaning van.
We had difficulty trying to relay to the owners, through Garden City Rental, that they needs more than the 4 plastic, inexpensive chairs for the outdoor patio. It rents for 8, which did not make sense. Garden City Reality were very nice and addressed most of our issues but the idea that we had to pick up keys, which we did not need or get, and sign a contract, was a waste of time. We signed a contract online and they gave us a code to get in, which they could have sent that day.
Overall it was a nice place and we had a fantastic vacation. We just hope these issues will be addressed.

This is our second year at Beach House 317. We love to watch the sun rise and sit on the porch and watch the ocean. The condo has a well stocked kitchen and we like that there is no carpeting on the floors. We love to walk on the beach and it is an easy walk to the Garden City Pier. We have also found the owner and management company to be very responsive when needed. We would recommend this place to others.
