The house is large enough for us to sleep and yet small enough so we are together - eating, napping, reading, puzzles and even a little TV. We had a group of 16 stay at Mariposa (including 6 children)...everyone had a great time and plenty of space. The pool area and beach were both fantastic and got tons of use. The one day we had a problem with the hot tub, Garden City Realty was extremely responsive and had someone there to fix it in 20 minutes. The location is so close to everything and the home is gorgeous! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We love staying at Surf Master. It has everything we need and it’s close to all of our favorite restaurants. Condo was very clean. The mattress needs replaced but everything else was great. Looking forward to coming back in the spring!

We rented 206 in Surfmaster in Garden City. It was just me and my husband. I loved the location, not too busy and yet not far from grocery store and restaurants. Loved Conch Cafe which is oceanfront and only three condos away.
It was a one bedroom 11/2 bath. We had all the room we needed. Bed was comfortable as was living room furniture. It had a Murphy bed in living room/dining area which we did not use. Kitchen was little but it worked well for us. Things that need to be added or changed are mostly in kitchen. Cabinets need lining paper, a new toaster(it was scary using it), new pots and pans and skillet. Refrigerator was older but didn’t have any issues. Bath tub needs updating as does shower head but again it worked. Drains need to be cleaned as water was slow going down. We absolutely loved the balcony. Floors needed a good mopping. We enjoyed our stay. Garden City Realty was great to work with. This is our second time working with them and just like the first time they were friendly and always were willing to help in any way.

We were so pleased with all the space in condo, everything was very clean and the location couldn't have been any better! We will definitely be coming back and staying in the same room!

The condo was nice and as advertised. We loved the location. The pool was clean. The only issue we had was the elevator was not working when we arrived. My husband had to lug all our luggage and groceries up to the third floor. I called Garden City Realty, and it was fixed the next afternoon, and we had no other issues with it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will consider CR32 for our next vacation.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is well equipped. The rocking chairs on the large balcony are perfect for early morning sunrise. Beds are firm. Unit has laundry. Sand is soft on the feet and clean in front of the condo. Location is good. Area is quiet.

Great location - Resort in good shape for it's age.Bed's were comfortable/bathrooms clean. The unit needed to be updated,and cleaning products and paper products need to be supplied.The staff jumped right on any problems -refrig.quit working- they repaired the next day -the same with the hot tub on the ground level.Overall - a very good place to stay.

Our condo was very nice. We had some problems with tv's and lights. We called Garden City Realty and someone came the next day to straighten things out. Did not enjoy beach as it was being refurbished.

Very pleasant stay at One Ocean Place 409. Only problem is we could not get local tv. It was only streaming. We will be back next year.
