House was great! Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Elevator was very convenient for groceries and parents! Ample parking, quiet third-row location was amazing!!
Spacious bedrooms, nice balconies. Only downfall was pool was a bit smaller than expected and no closet space in master downstairs bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Still, we would stay here again and recommend to any of our friends!

Our stay at The Beach House #305 was fabulous. Our first impression of the unit was impressive. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an abundance of "extras" like beach chairs & sand toys available. Each bedroom had extra bedding and cozy throws. Best of all was the view f the ocean each morning sipping coffee on the balcony. It was a very positive experience!

Our family has stayed at the JIMMELLOU for several years and always have a wonderful experience. A few suggestions would be to fix upstairs shower door, downstairs shower head and tub drain and we have noticed floor in upstairs bathroom is spongy in front of sink. This year we noticed some of the wood under walkway has fallen. May want to check on this. Our week was relaxing and are looking forward to returning next year.

The home is nicely decorated. The beds are great, we all slept well. Everyone enjoyed the pool, beach and the view! We will definitely stay there again.

Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

This house was perfect for our family. The location was very close to the pier and Garden City restaurants and there was ample space in bedrooms and bathrooms for us. There was a lot of noise from the pier, but that did not bother us.

Surfmaster was undergoing renovation during our stay which we were made aware of prior to our vacation. The property was clean and well kept. My only complaint is with the unit itself. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets so I had to wash Everything Prior to use. The carpet was stained extremely bad. I’m surprised the owners have not replaced. The temperature dryer setting was taped to one degree so I couldn’t adjust to the setting I wanted. I’ve stayed in other units in the past that have been in better condition than this one.

I really enjoyed my stay in Garden City. The condo I rented was beautiful and clean. The weather was perfect as we're the people. That is why I vacation in Garden City for the past 25 years.

Condo was fresh and clean. Love the decor!
Check-in person was more attentive to phone calls than to me. Range and stovetop took forever to heat up and never seemed to get hot enough to brown food. Possibly hooked to 120 instead of 240?
Aside from this problem, our stay was wonderful!

This is a very nice condo, clean, and is well equipped. Having the linens already provided and knowing the exit cleaning is taken care of are major reasons we stay repeatedly at Surfmaster. I personally would ask for a rocking chair or two for the balcony (like the ones they have at Walmart!) AC worked wonderfully on the days we needed it. The glass door to the balcony slides VERY poorly; I reported this to Ramona in the office here Surfmaster 104 on Tuesday and never did get any response. But WD-40 helped some. I would recommend this condo to any couple.

We had the best time. The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone only problems we had were not enough silver wear for everyone and the fridge was dirty plus the shelf’s were broken other than that which isn’t any big deal we had the best time and we would most definitely rent this house again.

We had a great time. The only thing I had a concern about was our bed, it was uncomfortable and we did have some difficulty sleeping. Other than that our stay was perfect.
