We have stayed in two units within this complex the last two summers. It's the perfect amount of space for our group. Having three baths is a great feature because it allows the kids to have their own bath. The couches were a bit worn but otherwise the rest of the unit was in good condition. We drove a larger vehicle so parking in the garage was a bit tight but we never failed to find a spot. The complex has two pools, two hot tubs, it's just steps to the beach and it has great outdoor shower facilities to get rid of the sand. The pool and security staff are always present and helpful.

Great place to stay! awesome being on the inlet with the kayaks and also have the ocean across the street. nice spacious place for 6 of us. Only thing we were lacking was another bath tub instead of showers but other than that completely perfect.��

The room was just as the pictures shown. It was supplied with all that was needed plus! Most everything was up to date and clean. Atalaya staff was friendly and Garden city realty was accommodating. The “owners” left us wanting to return!

I was desperate to get to the beach and out of quarantine for awhile. My friend put me in touch with Mary Black at Garden City Realty. She immediately worked with me and my budget and I stayed in a perfect spot ocean front condo. Could not have been better. I will use them next time I’m heading to S.C. - they were great. Especially Mary and Chris- the maintenance man. Thank you

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.
Bedrooms were large with large closets. Right on the beach with great views. Lower deck was large and great for morning coffee. Our only problem was not being able to connect to the internet when we arrived, this was fixed but it took several hours, and the cable connection to the TV didn't always work, we had to mess with it every time we wanted to watch tv.

We enjoyed staying at Inlet Pointe enjoying the beautiful salt water estuary with beautiful sunsets from the pier. We loved walking on the beach down to where the inlet comes in. We were removed from the hustle of Garden City

We loved our condo--it was beautiful and very comfortable. We were disappointed that during our stay there was a water leak in the front bath and leaked into the closet and caused some water damage to a few items in the closet and we were unable to use the closet for the rest of our visit (5 days). The problem was addressed and corrected promptly however. There was also only 1 elevator for all but the last day (sat) of our stay which caused major inconvience for us as we had 4 small children with us. We would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully the problems we experienced has been resolved.

I wish I had gone to GCR first!

I didn't meet them (the Garden City Realty Staff) in person but have no doubt they would've been excellent!...I had listed my second home with another agent for a year and no results, not even an offer. I listed with Garden City Realty and within 2 months "SOLD!" Everyone at GCR especially Bobby Streett were so helpful, pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. I wish I had gone to GCR first. Lesson learned. Thank you!

Staying at the Beach House was wonderful! A great location and close to restaurants and Murrell’s Inlet The condo with ocean front views was breathtaking! I really enjoyed waking up each morning and watched the sun rise from my balcony! The condo was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation.
