Great home for our family spring break vacation. Home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Weather could have been warmer, but it is April. Two suggestions: bathroom on ground level for use at pool and for the price of linens and towels, I would think sheets could be put on the beds.

Easy Tides was even better than we expected! We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got. We are already looking forward to returning someday. The house is beautifully decorated and highly functional for couples or families. It was conveniently located with a very short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart delivered by Ajax Rentals and they picked it up at the end of our trip. We used it to zip all over town and to make carrying our beach gear a little easier. The outdoor shower was a very nice amenity. We had both indoor showers and the outdoor one going at the same time and never lost water pressure. There is plenty of parking as well. We were worried about our full size pickup truck being too tall but there was plenty of clearance for it. The rocking chair front porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. You can catch a good nap in the hammock as well. We didn't do much cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed several area restaurants including Sara J's, Gulf Stream Café, River City Café, Sam's Corner, Paula Deen's, Crabby Mike's, Fat Jacks, and Pier 14. If you are looking for a very clean, conveniently located home for your next vacation, look no further than Easy Tides. Book it today, you will be glad you did!

This was a great place to stay.. very nice dock area with light, close walk to the beach and overal great place. All appliances were new or close to it, so that was great compared to the year prior when we stayed at Up’d D Creek which is a few houses down. It needed some serious repairs with drain issues and non working appliances. It made this place seem like a dream! Also, I did review last years place (up’d d creek) but, am unable to see the review on the realtor site - I guess only the good reviews get posted�� if you are reading reviews make sure they are within the last year not 2016! The only negative I can think of is the bathrooms could use some updating and the shower head raised - they were extremely low.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Lazy O. The house had little extras like laundry baskets in each room and puzzles in the dining room that made you feel at home. We loved the porches and the hammock. Hope to stay there again soon!

Great location, nice pool, wonderful view with large balcony. Condo has nice king bed, but the sleeper sofa isn’t fit for adults or children. I could not sleep at all, and it detracted from my vacation to be so tired. Pool area needs bathroom access; you have to go to your condo to use the bathroom. Ample seating at dining table, loved being able to wash and dry clothes. Door knob is not as shown in photo so bringing a child safety door knob cover didn’t help keep my kids safely inside. We had to block door with dining chair and luggage. Also, even though it’s a first floor condo, the balcony is not ground level and my toddler could fit between rails. We had a great time playing at the beach though.
