This house had all the things our family needed, plus more. The rooms were all a decent size. The bathrooms were small, but we made it work. The open family room with dining area made the house seem so much bigger. Lots of deck space! The pool was wonderful. We love being only steps away from the beach!

It was very nice....beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the master bathroom...the toilet is entirely to close to the shower wall. It was not easy to use the toilet. The other concern was when the elevator went down in the north tower it was not announced until after my husband called. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the elevator would be down for a short period. We wish the pool was heated...and our beach chair got would be nice if there was a security gate at the beach entrance. Overall it was a great stay with minor bumps!!

We had an excellent stay and visit. We really liked the house. Some small items of note: Need a new table on the back deck. Portions of the table are missing. Need shade by the pool. Master Bath shower is extremely small...had to Navy type showers...turn the water on...turn the water off...lather up...turn water back on to rinse. Loved the location and convenient walk to the pier and beach. Beautiful home and we are considering renting this unit once again in the future. We did not take our pets this time, but we will in the future because it is pet friendly. Very nice place to take a vacation.

The apartment was very comfortable and the highlight was the fantastic
ocean views in both the living room and master bedroom. The condo was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and supplies for all types of entertaining. It was a great place to watch the daily changes in the ocean and sky and observe porpoise and pelicans in their daily travels. It made for a restful and enjoyable vacation.

Very nice unit, but we wished we had known before that the master bedroom was 2 flights up from the other bedrooms. It was a bit of an issue with 2 toddlers. Also the college kids in unit 112 had a dog who wouldn't stop barking. Besides that the management company was very responsive to a sink issue.
