I have been coming to GarDen City since 1965. That makes me an ardent fan and a picky tourist. Sea Camp is a wonderful, spacious house for a family vacation. Its location with the wide and beautiful strand is perfect. As long as our family continues to fit in the home, we will book a week at Sea Camp.

We have stayed 2 years and love it!1st time we rented we did not get the key until 6pm which upset me a bit the 2nd year they had it ready early so that was alot better.but love this condo .great location.will stay here again.

The rental was very nice, although not new or upscale. Decor is reminiscent of the 80's. The ocean view is spectacular from the living room and balcony. For two people, the one bedroom unit was comfortable. The balcony furniture was minimal, a rocking chair and one other chair with a very small table and side table. A chaise would have been nice. At this time of year, no beach chairs were provided with the rental, so be prepared to bring your own or pay hefty chair rental fees to a private provider. We chose to sit poolside on the lounge chairs as there wasn't much competition. We ate two meals a day in the condo and needed more than two packets of dishwaster detergent to run the dishwasher. No detergent is provided to wipe down the counters, either. A coffee maker, microwave, full range/oven, and a toaster are provided. There were plenty of glasses, dishware and flatware. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no paper towels in the kitchen. Come prepared with everything you might need. There was free wi-fi which was nice and reliable, plus dvd's and a large screen tv. The weather was really nice, 60's to 80's. Airconditioning worked very well. There was also a washer/dryer combo in a closet if you like to do laundry on vacation.

Great location, with beach access one block away.
Nice pool area. Clean, except the pots and pans in the kitchen need to be updated.
The tile floors need to be mopped, instead of just swept.

This was our second time staying at the Metzler Beach House. Great place to stay due to location, and amenities (well stock kitchen for the chef' in the family). We look forward to our stay again in the coming years.

Garden City is the best by far - the most friendliest staff upon checking in, which made the process so relaxing (it should be because we are on vacation) & check out such a breeze, just drop the keys in the drop off box where you check in & done!!! We have been staying with Garden City for almost 10 years now - over those years we only had 1 issue, which got resolved almost immediately!!! We love staying at their property called Royal Garden (tons of amenities) they have inside & outdoor pools for adults & kids & even has a jacuzzi inside - they even has a beach side snack bar (the tacos is the best & why not have a margarita while there too)!!!

The ultimate best part about staying there is every condo is oceanfront - we even saw dolphins while sitting on our oceanfront balcony relaxing & enjoying a drinky drink!!! Let’s not forget to say how perfectly Clean the beaches are & when coming off the beach the showers & foot rinsers are right there!!! You can even walk to in my opinion some of the best restaurants!!! We honestly cannot say enough great things about Garden City & their properties - we go every year & sometimes even more than once!!! Highly Recommended!!!
