We have stayed at DD for several years, and love it. The yard and pool are a favorite for our young people- the cabana improvement(new chairs) were appreciated, as well as several furniture changes throughout. We understand why, but the downstairs with no windows is awfully gloomy. Otherwise it’s the perfect place for our 20 daily members!!!

My mother snd I traveled to Garden City to celebrate my retirement from 32 years of teaching. We wanted a nice condo with lots of room. We found our place in SurfMaster #607. The condo was as advertised; it was spacious, clean, well laid out. While there, the management went above and beyond to keep the area clean, maintained and safe. We are excited to plan another trip back in 2022.

condo was clean on arrival kitchen had everything you need. wonderful view and we loved watching the dolphins. it was nice to have maintenance on the property. parking was so easy and right in front mof condo. if you like to eat out myrtle beach is the place to go.

The condo itself was great. It was clean & right on the beach, which were the 2 most important things to us. We did make the mistake of going the week after July 4th, and had to deal with a lot of fireworks. The condos on both sides of us were letting them off every night until midnight, making it very difficult to get much rest.

We had stayed in the same complex 2 yrs ago and loved the set up but not necessarily the unit we had. This unit was fabulous! Well stocked and recently updated. Great beach and pool supplies from the owners. We will definitely look at renting this unit again!

Overall our stay was fine. This was our 2nd time renting this condo. The space is clean and cozy but the mattresses could be updated. They are not comfortable. Also the carpet needs to be cleaned. The security code situation gets quite annoying, especially if you have your hands full. That could be a little easier

This rental unit surpassed expectations. My only complaint was that the beds were not super comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Would highly recommend this unit.

This was a beautiful home with a great pool and in a great location. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the extra refrigerators were great! If we had to change anything...there weren’t a lot of blankets and the pillows on the beds were awful. We all went out and bought new ones. The vent registers in the bedroom are in a really odd location and we had to put paper over them during our stay so it wasn’t blowing cold air directly on the kids (and us). We booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back!

Overall the house was nice and met our needs. The kitchen could use a few more items, for example we had to purchase a frying pan and a spatula to use for the week. Also, we were a little sad about the size of the pool. As a family we like to play games like water volleyball, but the pool for this home was a bit small for those types of activities. With this being said the kids loved having a place to splash around and we still made great use of our pool! Our last wish was that there was a sidewalk leading to the beach to walk safely, but cars were accommodating to us as we went to and from the beach.

We enjoyed the condo and our overall experience. The condo was nicely furnished however the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of updates. The kitchen counter has knicks in it causing it to "look dirty". The bathrooms also need to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The table and chairs on the deck were rusted and we were not able to sit on them.

The staff at Garden City Realty were awesome! Friendly, efficient, helpful, professional every time I talked with them. We were booked one week after Hurricane Ian left a mess in the streets and the staff stayed in touch letting us know exactly when our rental unit was ready for our arrival. The condo at One Ocean Place was perfect for our week oceanfront - clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Easiest check-in and out we have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend Garden City Realty!
