We (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time here. The house is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. It has a cottage/rustic feel. It's not small but I wouldn't want more than 8 folks to be comfortable. The selling point is the outside space- steps to the beach, small pool that is refreshing(5' deep at lowest point), large deck with a table for dining and 4 comfy rockers. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Only small quibble is that some floor areas were a little sandy upon arrival but otherwise a very clean space. Very happy with 3 Suns.

Great accomodations and great location to spend a month working from home 'away from home'. So great to realize that the unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, the sound of the surf, the fresh air, the soaring pelicans, the sunrises and sunsets were exactly as expected.

The Experience at Royal Gardens was exceptional. The people in the area are very friendly and the staff at the condo are very helpful and friendly. The bar on the condo has events that gives you time to just relax with Wednesday night jute box bingo, event holidays and even had a paint class and sushi making class. I will be returning next year.

We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. Almost all our expectations with the condo were met. Perfect location, clean and we'll equipped. The only significant problem was the mattresses. Although newer and clean they were cheaply made and harsh and hard to sleep on. We took turns sleeping on the excellent sofa. I think we only slept together 8 nights. There are a few minor maintenance problems. As we had a lot of rain the TV was a bit small and limited channels. But we really appreciated the pool maintenance kept up as the weather became nice enough to use it.

GREAT 7-DAY Stay in Sea Mystique 105!!! The Unit was updated Beautifully and Clean. Location on 1st floor was perfect. Outside deck was furnished very well with nice high chairs for Pool/Ocean/Beach Viewing.
The Hall Bedroom Bunk had a Full Mattress on the bottom that was very beneficial to sleep two. It was a short walk to the King Fisher Pier and other dining and shopping opportunities. STRONGLY RECCOMEND!!!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Rainey Cottage. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay for vacation. The house offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The beach is just steps away and the large porches allow panoramic views of the ocean! Customer Service was really great too. We sprung a leak in the kitchen, and a very nice couple came promptly to make repairs. We loved it and are already planning for next year.
