This is the 3rd time staying at the Sundial and it never disappoints! The property was clean and stocked like you'd expect. Semi-Private and there always seems to be cool guests there. My kids love it, my wife loves it and I do too! Go and enjoy the S.C here, you won't regret it!

Very pleased.. nice location... would love an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor but other than that, no complaints.. place was in process of being painted. Nice to see thr upkeep.. overall experience was great!!

Drew [Dellinger] made the entire selling process effortless. At our first meeting, he was well prepared with multiple comps, and local sales information. We decided on a sale price that we felt was fair and he felt we could obtain. He had a professional photographer provide quality pictures that solicited a high number of views and kept us in the top views for at least 2 weeks. Once we received offers, he was able to suggest which one to take based on who he felt would get us a contract and sale. He was with us through negotiations and closing to answer questions and provide valuable guidance. He was available at all hours, not just 9-5. From listing to closing was less than 2 months, and his marketing and negotiation skills made that possible. We highly recommend Drew, and will certainly use him in the future should the need arise.

We had an excellent stay and visit. We really liked the house. Some small items of note: Need a new table on the back deck. Portions of the table are missing. Need shade by the pool. Master Bath shower is extremely small...had to Navy type showers...turn the water on...turn the water off...lather up...turn water back on to rinse. Loved the location and convenient walk to the pier and beach. Beautiful home and we are considering renting this unit once again in the future. We did not take our pets this time, but we will in the future because it is pet friendly. Very nice place to take a vacation.
