The house is very accommodating for the whole family. Great location for boat and easy walk to the beach. Had a problem with the ice machine but rental company was friendly and attempted to get it repaired quickly. Contactless check in & out was very convenient.

Mother Nature smiled down upon us and gave us the most perfect July week ever! Beautiful sunrise to unseasonably cooler breezy mornings and she ended the day the same way. The unit was just as lovely. It appeared to have been recently updated, and if it wasn’t, it has been very well cared for. All The furnishings were great, and if I could have taken the mattress home with me, I would have! The kitchen provided over and above what is expected, and we truly appreciated that.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to revisiting this unit again!

This condo has everything! We enjoyed cooking in the wonderful kitchen, lounging on the comfy furniture and watching the ocean on the large balcony. It has all the bells and whistles for an enjoyable stay. It was super clean also, We'll definitely be back to enjoy it again!

I rented (3) units - one for my husband, son, daughter and myself; this one was for my daughter and her family and another was for my son and his family. We have been comming here for a couple of years now. The only negative comment that I have is that I thought it was a family facility, but one day there were (3) adult males, sitting in the pool (not on the deck) on the plastic chairs, drinking beer. I didn't think that was appropriate. It happened just once but they didn't use the pool at that time. Also, the sign says the pool closes at midnight and I think that is a little late for a family facility, although I don't think anyone was in it that late - I think that 11:00 P.M. is late enough. The units that we rented were clean and well taken care of and we really enjoyed our stay.

From the day I first contacted Garden City Realty to arrange our stay, everyone was so helpful and it all went so smoothly. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of the wonderful, but too short, week at Surfmaster. My family began staying there about 21 years ago, and went every year until 2008 when my husband became terminally ill. Many happy memories stay with us.

Four generations of our family, 21 in all, gathered in early February for a six-week-delayed Christmas weekend. The house was perfect for us.

It is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We had room to gather together when we wanted to, and to spread out into smaller groups with multiple sitting areas. There was even space for us all to sit down to eat at the same time, between two dining tables and two bars.

We much appreciated the elevator, as two of our party have some trouble with stairs. The elevator helps a lot when loading and unloading our vehicles, too!

It is ocean-front, with a beautiful view from all three floors; all three have ocean-facing porches. We enjoyed being near the pier, but just far enough from the main intersection not to worry about noise.

The place was very clean. The kitchen has two refrigerators, handy for a large group like ours.

We hope to come again.

Loved the house. Ice maker on fridge did not work. Wasn't happy about having to keep the AC no lower than 72 (it's HOT!). Loved the closeness of the beach and the private walkway. Would definitely recommend!

Our condo was very nice. We had some problems with tv's and lights. We called Garden City Realty and someone came the next day to straighten things out. Did not enjoy beach as it was being refurbished.

Great, except for such an upgraded unit, it had a very old tv in the main area, and bedroom tvs were only about 12" Two of us were recouping from surgery,so inside a lot,would have appreciated HD tv,flat screen to match the rest of the decor,after all, WalMart has them for very good prices almost every weeekend.Also the elevators in our bldg,only two, one broken,no excuse this day and time knowing the busy time of the year is almost always at the beach,so this should have been taken care of fast,waiting takes up our vacation took way too long to get up and down to the pool and beach area, and we learned from others, it has been broken a while, not the day before we got there..

Great location and views. About half a mile from the pier. We could see the pool from our room as well. Very family oriented. The closet was full with extra chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.

Cons -
We do have complaints about the quality of beds and couch - very uncomfortable and need updating as others have mentioned. The couch coushions are extremely worn.
The shower door was about to fall off, one towel rack did fall down - twice. We also called about replacing a moldy shower curtain but never had a response. The maintance man did come and repair the damaged items quickly and was very friendly.

Overall we enjoyed the stay.
