We spent a week in August with our daughter and grandson (age 10) who live in Buffalo, NY. I wanted to make their vacation special and this condo did just that. Just exactly like the pictures - clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, and supplied with everything we needed. The chairs on the balcony even had cushions. When they say it is on the beach, it is ON the beach. Look straight down and there's the sand. Something you need to know...we couldn't hear our neighbors on either side, above or below and we know that those condos were rented!! Loved 207 Sea Master.

We have stayed in this same unit 6 or 7 times. We are pleased to see updates are being made. New flooring was installed last year as well as new bedroom furniture and bedding. The new king bed is very comfortable. The new granite countertops are beautiful. I am hoping that soon the microwave will be updated as well as the dishwasher. The 11th floor view is spectacular! The balcony has 2 rocking chairs as well as a wicker dining set. The layout of the room is great. We love the location. It is close to shopping and restaurants and very close to Garden City Pier. While we were there, we had problems with the door lock. The maintenance man was very nice and he promptly responded to our dilemma. It was our understanding that the lock was going to be replaced the day we left. We have always been very pleased with our stay. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to replace the sofa. It is very uncomfortable. Overall we would definitely recommend this unit to our friends.

Everyone enjoyed our stay. Only negative would be that the elevator only went to first floor from ground level and it was tricky to use it successfully. There was nothing that would keep me from staying there again or recommending to others.

We were disappointed in the unit,1010. It is in need of an overhaul. Needs carpeting in bedrooms and living room. Lighting was not good and the TV was terrible. We have a different unit for 2014. Also, the living room furniture was in need of replacing, but the building was great.

Wonderful stay, beautiful weather, and fantastic staff. Condo was clean and welcoming. Spent a lot of time on balcony, beach and sofa (when raining or cool). After going to the office every day during the last 7 months this was a much needed break. Was able to read a book a day :) The AC unit rattled but after a couple of hours was just white noise and didn't take away from the peace. The maintenance man apologized and said they were trying to get it fixed. This is actually my second stay in this condo and I will probably come again. Great place for a solo trip.

This was our first trip to Murrells Inlet as our family spent the first week of vacation in Hilton Head and ventured up to the Cozy Coastal Cottage for our second week away. We really loved Murrells Inlet and explored all around the area including Huntington Beach State Park, Pawley's Island, and Myrtle Beach. The Cottage was a perfect retreat after busy days at the beach, mini golf, dinners out, round of golf, and Myrtle Beach area fun. A few pros and cons for us below:
Pros:
-Very quiet, Gated community
-The cottage was well cleaned upon our arrival
-Lovely, oversized, naturally bright kitchen with beautiful windows
-Lovely front farmers porch with porch swing and rocking chairs
-Large, comfortable bedrooms with attached full bathrooms
-Even though it is an attached duplex, the home is quiet and private
-Dog friendly
-Community pool was a great plus!
-Gorgeous grounds and well cared for vegetation
-Proximity to a great golf course on property
-Good air conditioning, responsive maintenance support after the air conditioning had a minor issue, the maintenance team fixed it within a few hours-thank you!
Cons:
-The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced it's very soft and slanted
-Curtains in the bedrooms fit oddly to the windows which made it hard to keep out the light
-Shower drain master bath shower was broken. It needs to be replaced.

We had such a wonderful stay and so enjoyed exploring Murrells Inlet and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning!

Garden city realty was great through the whole vacation rental. Checking in was fast and smooth. Loved the check-in windows and the little extra touches. The condo was clean well stocked when you arrived. Toilet paper, garbage ect was great to start off. The towels and sheets there was plenty. The condo was well equipped had all you need. Nice washer and dryer. If something goes wrong like we had the dishwasher didn't drain someone was out with hours. He was friendly and very professional. The weather was awesome we were there 2 weeks. Beach was clean. Pool always crystal clear. Lots of parking. Loke that you can park under the building. Elevator such a plus and having luggage racks to take up your items and groceries.
Can't say enough about our experience it was awesome. Thanks Garden city realty. ������

There is a childproof cover on the front doorknob. Three adults could not open the door. Please remove when your child is not present.

The switch on the lamp next to the king size bed needs to be repaired. We could not turn the light on.

Excellant..couldnt be better :). I will definately recommend this place to everyone I know. The location couldnt be better...close to airport, close to shopping entertainment and restaurants, on the ocean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo's were perfect...everything very open and airy, huge kitchens, everything very clean. Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Thank you for helping to make my team's conference a success.
