We have been staying in this condo for several years. We began when it was first updated. While it is nice the furniture is beginning to need updates as the pillows were picked and you could see the couches need cleaned as they are a light color. The location however is great and we love staying at the marlin quay.

We had a very good experience. The place was vacant the week before so we were able to get in at 11:00 the day of check-in. Everything we needed was available from small appliances to silverware and cooking utensils. The best part was the view from the porch. The beach is about 15 feet from the porch so you have the feeling of being on the beach at all times. Air conditioning worked great and there is a small washer and dryer that came in handy to help keep up with the clothes. There were no issues with parking and after the first couple of days, people kept their parking spaces. The photos accurately describe the place so there were no surprise disappointments.

Overall experience was very good. Garden City had everything ready on our arrival. The unit was clean and ready for guests. The sunrises were stunning!

The property was in a great location and clean. It was well stocked with cooking supplies. We cooked in 5 of our 7 night stay and found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. (5 adults and 3 children in our group).

What an outstanding view!We did have a little difficulty with the sliding door but it was worth the struggle to get to the balcony. We had a great vacation and would definitely come again.

The condo was comfortable and accommodating. Just the right size for small group. The pool area is fantastic. Very roomy and lots of lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the beach was hard to access due to the recent storm, but we enjoyed our stay by the pool.

Very nice. Having the kitchen and living area 2 flights up was a draw back for me, especially when bringing groceries in.

This house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, a beach cottage from the 1950's with all the modern conveniences. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Very clean and well maintained. Location could not have been better - only about 1/3 mile walk on the beach to the pier which had live music, DJ, or karaoke everyday. We cooked all our meals, but this area is known for its fabulous selection of restaurants. Garden City Rental agency was fantastic - very prompt service and very helpful with any questions I had. Check-in couldn't have been easier. After being cooped up at home for over a year because of the pandemic - this was a much welcomed "spring break" for us. We were very sad when the week was over.

So much fun, great location and pretty much, everything we needed. The water flow in the sink of the hall bath needs to be improved. It was just a trickle. The master commode also needed something.
The commode needed several flushes every time it was used. The improvements in the kitchen looked great and the paint color and wallpaper removal was so nice. Loved it.
