My family has been vacationing at One Ocean Place for 30+ years. The location is absolute perfection with two huge pools with hot tubs directly beside beach access walkway - can't get any better that this!! Unit 210 is very nicely updated and comfortable. My only suggestion would be updating the bathroom sinks; but overall, the unit is beautiful and a perfect space! You will not regret spending time in this beautiful relaxing space.

We loved our room. We hated the master bedroom mattress. I have back issues and after just the first night I couldnt walk the next morning. We ended up buying a mattress pad while on vacation so we could get some sleep.We loved having the fishimg pier, my husband and 3 sons walked out every night we were there. Over all we had a great vacation stay!!

Cloud Nine is a modest, cozy beach house in a fairly quiet location with a killer view. Yes the property needs some upgrades (interior painting, for example) but the owner has obviously made regular improvements. We had a couple of issues (kitchen light, trash can) and Garden City Realty provided prompt, helpful responses. We had a wonderful month there and really felt like we were on Cloud Nine!

We arrived at 4pm on Sunday April 10,2016 but were unable to get into the condo. Apparently, when the keys were left on the counter, someone forgot to unlock the door. After riding for four hours, my wife needed to use the bathroom facilities in a hurry. After a couple of telephone calls, a maintenance employ came and let us in. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. We love the accommodations and the ocean view is magnificent. We hope to return soon to the same unit.

This area has become our winter home away from home.We love the area because you don't have all the hustle and bustle found in Myrtle Beach proper. Our condo is beautifully decorated in lovely beach colors with very adequate furnishings.

The unit was as described and the view was spectacular. Easy access either from covered garage or "rooftop", and access to beach and pool was simple.
Pool and hot tub closed for repairs while we were there but tower 2 pool was available.

We love the condo and are still there til the end of April and have already commited for three and 1/2 months next year. It is tasteful decorated and everything is there needed to cook. A mixer would be a nice addition.
